The last part is confusing adjustment 3/16" inside receiver ,mounting arm! Need to show how in video!
When you install ,the right bracket after you take nut off to install right hand bracket does drive belt stay the same on adjustment? When installing rh axle nut??? Someone answer me or knowledge of !
