I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh, but the way you've portrait the other parts of this country, I would have never probably even imagined how beautiful my country is. As I grew up mostly in the bustling, rather in a much comfortable area, I feel ashamed that I do not know the natural beauty and the humble corners of my own birthplace. I have already mentioned in your previous vlogs, how i follow you two from the very beginning over like 2 years or so, so you coming to my country was a dream come true and I am so thankful to you for the visit. Also, I appreciate it so much that you rather chose the hidden treasures to invest your time into such short period. Thank you for opening my eyes, and these local sites, that I must visit and cherish, it's my country, and how I should have a pride for this.
Thank you so much again Kara and Nate for visiting us. You both are indescribably humble and down to earth. Your content always help me to recoup my thoughts or to have a better vision about life and how I can be less turbulent. I sent you dms about taking you to a coffee shop in a much more elite place in dhaka, earlier seeing your stories as we do not have starbucks apparently lol, but now after seeing your vlogs, I think your strategy was way more refine and thoughtful to enjoy the raw Bangladesh rather than some posh cup of coffee. You have no idea, how much I love you and your vlogs mean to me. Sorry for such a long comment but man, I wish I could express my feelings, I am literally crying haha. Also, the syrupy thing you had is called "Mishti/Mithai", which i basically the main *sweets* replacing all the other international dessert we have.
Thank you so much again guys, you deserve every happiness, may god bless you two.
    Love from Bangladesh x

I loved my time at Bangladesh it was interesting. It was a special occasion because it was my 20th birthday and due to the illness I have making it to your twenties is a big milestone. So my nurse / caregiver asked if I could pick any country to go to and travel to where would I like to go I told her I want to go where she grew up and she used to live in Bangladesh. She was so excited to take me and believe me when I say that she wasn't kidding when she said that she was going to show me everything . And her family that lives there was really excited to meet me So before I knew it I was on a plane on the way to Bangladesh. Her family lives in the capital.. we did take a train an overnight one and we got first class. Thank goodness my oxygen machine breathing machine and iv/ feeding pump were just small enough to fit. Our roommates were really cool one act of kindness that my roommates did that I'll never forget was while my nurse and I were in the restroom while she was helping me out and make sure I didn't fall our bedding came and our roommates actually went ahead and made my bed for us so that way as soon as we got in there we could go ahead and get me all situated they were actually going to make my nurse bed but we got in there before they did. Just sum it up my time in Bangladesh was fun interesting and a little different. Especially the tuk tuk rides. Not going to lie I may or may not have gotten startled at 5 in the morning from the call to prayer on the train when they played it I was like wait wait what's going on the noise startled me awake.. funny story one of the workers kind of got startled at my IV machine making all of the beeping noises they came in to check to see what was going on but once they saw was just my machine they weren't as worried. One of the workers actually helped my nurse walk me around the train whenever I needed to go to the bathroom so if I was about to fall and my nurse couldn't catch me the worker was there for backup. Because my caregiver had to make sure I didn't fall in the bathroom whenever we were done so she could keep holding me up all we had to do is knock on the door and the worker would open it for us so that way my nurse and I didn't have to walk around the train are roommates went ahead and got us are food and drinks. Overall great service good roommates as well

Looking past all the violence and political messes there are on television it’s nice to watch yalls videos and see people who’s lives aren’t ran by internet and social media. Moreover Bangladesh is one of the fastest growing economy in the world with GDP growth rate at 8 percent. So, although it's current transport infrastructure is in disarray but improving rather quickly.

i don't get it but i'm so enamored by these train videos. also, the bathrooms might not always be 10/10 the bathroom tours are always 10/10.

Kara, I feel ya in the Bloops--esp the bathroom commentary, but I'm glad you shared--it's nice to hear other people contemplating these things also!

I can’t believe where they end up. Where do they get their information. This train Is unexpected in Bangladesh. This just amazing. Went from Paris to Toulouse on a sleeper train. much the same comfort level. These two are so informative.

There are dedicated facebook groups for travel in Bangladesh. Huge ones, with 30-40k members. You can easily ask questions about anything related to traveling inside Bangladesh and people will gladly help :)

What a country and people! Great vid! Friendliest people ever! It's humbling and an enriching experience. What made it nice is that both of you just accepted things and mingled well. Great travellers are those who while being accommodated in the host country, in actual fact, they accommodate the host country too. Brilliant! Kara is sooooo easy going - just love it! And Nate, always tries to understand the other person's situation. Really lovely couple thus making this a great entertaining and inspirational channel. Thanks!

We are very glad that you have come to Bangladesh. If you went to Khulna, why not go to Sundarbans? Hopefully, you will not leave Bangladesh without going to Cox's Bazar, Sazek, Nilgiri, Bandarban, Kaptai, Sylhet, Jaflong. These are the main tourist spots of Bangladesh.

So...I’ve been following your channel for almost a year, and seeing you two exploring the world, helped give me the desire to travel again- I had put plans to do so on hold, got married and sadly it didn’t work out- finalized in March. But following you two gave me ideas again...
I’m typing this comment from Camden market in London, my third country. I know I have a long way to catch up haha...

Hello kara &nate, your so close to hitting your goal of 100 countries its unbelievable! I would like you to take into consideration(if your stll going to be travelling next year.) to go back some of the European countries that you barely spent any time in, e.g Lithuania, as i think 1 night didn't really show you what each of the countries' cultures.
I love your videos so much, and i wish both you And everyone reading this comment, a merry Christmas and a happy New year.🎁
    Greetings from lithuania🇱🇹
