How some people don't get that PC and Consoles aren't the same... Yeah both can play games but both have different purpose and uses, consoles are for gaming only while PC is for everything else plus gaming

Obviously a pc because pc's have all the games and keyboard and mouse is better for games where you have to aim
because mouse is more accurate.
