I wanted to buy it but holy moly that edge performance is such hard no go for me. Thats essentialy why i want such device - to clean edges, where most of the human hairs, pet hairs and dust sit. First reason is that people move around the house, they are creating "wind" by their movement which pushes everything into corners and 2nd reason is electrostatic stored in the vynil floors.
I didn't test the T8, but I did test the T8 AIVI. Compared to the T8 AIVI, the Roborocks navigate better and mop better and the S6 MaxV cleans edges better but both Roborocks deep clean carpet slightly worse. Otherwise, performance is similar between the Roborocks and the T8 AIVI.
The two robots are essentially identical except that the S6 Pure can mop (and comes with a mopping attachment) while the S4 Max cannot. So, at the same price I would go with the S6 Pure.
Hey, @Consumer Analysis . I was just hoping you could give me some advice. I was wondering what you would suggest between the S6 pure and S5 max? My home is basically all hardwood/tiled floors. I have been looking for quite a while and am hoping that regular use will allow me to keep on top of dog hair. I have heard great things about the S5 ($999), however, the price of the S6 is cheaper ($640). This is making it a tough one. Could you please shed some light😊 Thanks in advance
I mean.. between this and the S6 Max.. we're talking about a $150+ heavier price tag. I don't think anyone that has the cash to buy these, really leaves that much crap on the floor these days smashed into the corners of their rooms. Care to comment on that @consumer analysis?
The S6 Pure not being able to properly clean the edges of rooms is a result of its pathing - not the type or quantity of debris that I used. It doesn't properly clean the edges of rooms even when there is much less debris in those edges. And to me that's unacceptable. As I say in the review, it's a great robot otherwise. I just can't in good conscience recommend it because of this design flaw.
This Chanel is a gem! Straight facts, Short but great content, you get what you want, not any bullshit, how is this Chanel not bigger?
I have bought this one and it’s amazing! I mostly use it on carpet and it makes the carpet look brand new. The app is very handy.
The hairs easily tangling in the brush is a big downside, but the mapping and sensor algorithm and the way it moves around objects is really great.

Many things to like about this robot.
It's a great robot outside of its edge performance and size.
I love your reviews. Can you review the Winix D360 next?
Excellent video algorithm comment.
Thank you for the support!
Have you tried the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8 and T5. How would you compare them to the S6 Pure and S6 Max?

Blackfriday week and the S4 Max and S6 Pure are the same price right now.
Which one is better? Any recommendations?

Both models offer essentially identical performance. So I would go with the model you can find for cheaper.

I dont care wat anyone says about any of these machines, anyone who has so much junk on they're floor must have a problem
