Motorsailer EXTEREME 40 m
Steel hull Motorsailer, designed by Jaron Ginton from The Netherlands and built in 2019 at Mengi Yay shipyard from Turkey. Interior design was done by Guido De Groot. (The Netherlands)
EXTREME was built to RINA class unrestricted level and can be commercially registered and operate as a charter yacht. She has 6 cabins for 12 guests with two large identical master cabins amidships.
Accommodations for 7 crew in 4 cabins (Captain’s cabin + 3 crew cabins) in a separate compartment at the fore, including large crew mess, galley and service areas.
Cutter rigging with in boom fueler for the mainsail and self-tacking staysail.
Powered by 2 X C18 Caterpillar engines. Electrical Power supply by 2 X 86 Kw Caterpillar C4.4 Generators + Additional night Generator.
Located in Turkey and ready for viewing with short notice.

This is a steel hulled expedition motor-sailing yacht. Your purchase and operational expenses would be offset by chartering profits. It isn’t as expensive as you might think.

Beautiful Exterior and mechanical, astonishingly sterile mid range hotel interior. With a complete interior refit it could be perfect
One man's clinical is another man's "tasteful" and restrained. The interior will liven up when you put tasteful things in it. Like books, plants, paintings, personal belongings. Yes it does look a bit bleak at the moment but that's because it doesn't have a lived in look. I'd still prefer it compared to a garish, tasteless, tat-filled typical yacht you so often see from the money is no object brigade.

Incredibly professional !!! Everything ist just perfectly done! Boat is clean, empty, driving (but no disturbing noises or too much wind), your attitude and your voice are calm and securing. That's what I expect a professional sale-walk-through to be !!!👍🏼I want to buy the boat and hire you to sell it for me right away :) Jokes aside, I do not have the finances for this class of boat, but if I had, I would love to be your customer!!!

Sometimes you get a lot for your eight million plus dollars. This is a beautiful boat with a very well designed layout, and built to a standard that anyone would love to own. Operation however, must be expensive, what with a captain engineer, crew, plus food, fuel, fees, and consumables costs... It could become maintenance heavy if there were any failures to the captive halyard systems, the extensive mechanicals, or the integrated electronics. Nevertheless, I would have this boat in a heartbeat, even over and above most super yachts, because it is a usable design ready to motor or sail to where the fun is. I am surprised it is not Ice Rated, as well as it is built.
I estimate costs as follows: Fuel cost is 3,480 Euros, or $4,000 USD per day to motor both engines and generators for the full 24 hours, at 1.45 Euros or $1.67 USD per liter. A fill-up of the 32,000 Liter tank would be 46,400 Euros, or $53,360 USD. That hefty fuel charge would take the boat its full 2500 Nm range, at 8 Kn in about 13 days, motoring the whole way. I'd be praying for strong winds to stretch the fuel budget.
I'm not impressed with the 'modern' cabin designs used on the walls, mirrors and paint colors, but I really like their physical layout, especially the heads and beds. All that is my subjective evaluation, so it does not count for much outside of my own head.

I don’t think so, I bet if the cost conscience owner wanted to it could solar out the main power needed to maintain the yacht, lights, electric range, toilets, basically most (but not all) of the electricity needs. If I owned it, the only thing I’d use the engines for are the power thrusters to park the boat at marinas then maybe I need out of a certain area for an approaching storm, I would even try to have enough solar to run the freezer/fridge, washer/dryer. We as ppl need to learn to minimize our use of these things, we use some of them way too much. Like right now I believe the whole entire world only needs 1 shower every other day and only a couple gallons (2) per wash/rinse. Restrict yourself for the good of your vessel and for the good of the planet.

I’m writing this comment as he’s saying he’s going to the beach club and the engine room, this is one beautiful boat, she has everything. The crew on this boat aren’t cramped. A+++ boat. Though I do wonder how fast it goes when only sailing under wind power, she’s a beast, so it would be interesting to know.

The yacht is lovely, apart from the main salon. Sterile, and unwelcoming are the two adjectives I would use. Looks mor like a commercial ferry interior than that of a luxury yacht 🤔

I am very interested in the way you present the subject in front of potential buyers, but apart from all that, the boat is also very good clean, especially the engine room which is mostly covered with stainless steel material as well as the accommodation room is neatly clean, including platforms that are all computerized, all electricity, the model is classic and I am sure anyone who has the excess money, The boat will / even has been sold at a fantastic price too, otherwise it means I will get his soul mate as the next owner…😅

Yacht totally let down by the birth layout. Why spend circ. £7m with no proper master, but as you say you can change it, but then spend £250k doing that!!!! Okay if you can recover by chartering but no master? Really?

Like the video mentioned, you can install solar panels and can run the fridges without generators. Of course, you carry plenty of canned food and you can fish.
