YES! I myself, but also a lot of people I know of have so many questions about this topic. I have seen a lot of videos from actual hairdressers but the choices they give as an option are always hair salon brands and almost always quite expensive. I also always think that the videos are sponsored so I do question if the recommendations are honest. The same goes for hair colloring.
I experienced COVID that lasted around 12 days. I thought I was fine but I started to notice a loss of more hair than normal. You should always use a carrier oil with rosemary oil on my hair is growing beautifully and now touches my back side with using it, so don’t knock, rosemary oil. Secondly, add oil, avocado. It’s full of protein which is good for the hair always use a light carrier oil and warm it in your hands and gently stroked the hair at the bottom first and squeeze the oil in. Do not rub it in and lastly, gently scoop up your hair and put it into a silk cap to sleep and next morning wash your hair once to get the oil out and second wash is to cleanse the scalp

I have 4c hair and do not use oils on my scalp only on the body of hair to lock in moisture. Once a month I use Aztec clay to wash my hair and scalp. A flaky scalp that plagued me for years is no longer an issue.

I have super thick healthy hair but then age happens and greys were coming in and since dyeing my hair the quality of my hair has diminished. Tried henna but most do not cover greys well. Henna with indigo gives the black color. But boy this is so hard. HELP
