Using tech on airplanes is like using an electronic calculator to perform sums and multiplications.... using one or the other is up to your desire to work more or less. Reliability is not and issue.
Alex Derus all aircraft have steam gauge airspeed attitude and altimeter as a redundant backup in case of a major dual display failure that the pilot can use with his magnetic compass to land asap
Hopefully this will occur in VFR conditions and you rely on your five senses as did early pilots. You’d be surprised at what an aircraft will tell you, if you pay attention.
Statistically, you have a better chance of being struck by lightning and winning the grand prize lottery in your state, both at the same time, than having both the round dials and the G1000 system fail simultaneously! (I'm referring to the _instruments_ only, not the pitot-static physical system). That is most likely why the FAA considered the redundancy of the 3 round dials adequate!
No, they are far too pretty. The question is: Can someone be pilot that asks that kind of questions. Only thing they can't use is the relief tube, but that is actually a plus...

How do you change the clock time?
can you tell me pls about hsi of g1000 in details
Is it optinal to have analog gauges instead in newer airplanes or we have no choice?
You can do training on analog six pack or digital G1000 or anything in between. I'm doing training in a six pack with GPS equipped.

What if the aforementioned part of the G-1000 _and_ the backup dial gauge both simultaneously fail?
Then squawk 7700

you turn on alternate static air source and pitot heat because it could mean you have icing.
Let hope it doesn't display adult movies. lol
The only other person I’ve seen with a ferret photo. Don’t blame me my kids chose it
