Back about 2009 I delivered blow in insulation to a company staging out of those caves. First time was pretty eerie. Not much clearance overhead. I like both your tractors!!!!
OK, I'll admit it, Fancy is a great looking rig (I voted for Tiny) Great to see Fancy back in action. Never been in the caves. I might feel a little closed in down there.
I was watching you go to the caves in mo. I grew up there and I drove semis for 43 years and drove in and out of there alot and remember when they built it. It used to be a rock quarry. I love your UA-cam channel watch it all the time.
I’ve picked up at that sauer place many times martin. I used to drive for climate express who normally has dropped trailers there and we do drop and hooks there all the time. You can park off to the side and stay overnight if you need to. Many times I’ve came in got unloaded there overnight then stayed the night then got reloaded in the morning. I miss going there
Good morning Mr martin great day to head to the caves never been there in the 40 years I've been out here looking through the best office view there is
Very cool Martin. Was in the caves once Springfield Underground Missouri. Just on opposite side from Prime on US 65 Loaded with Quad there. Those cold coffee Starbucks drinks in a Van About 15 yrs ago but if I'm right think they went to Pepsi at Oshkosh Wi
Martin & Alice have you looked at having a camera mounted on your mirror like Schmidt has. It would be a quick set up for some of the stops like the one in the cave when you don't have a lot of time for setup.
What's up Martin and Alice? I enjoy your videos. I just wanted to give you guys a heads-up if nobody has yet. I'm a dog lover, and your Frenchies are cool and, I wanted to let you know your dogs are Targets for POS's wanting to steal them. Please keep your heads on swivels as these POS's don't care how they steal them either. Please keep them on leashes so POS's and Coyotes won't run off with them. Be Good Be Safe!!
Martin, you can get the Right Weigh gauge for the truck, and swap out the suspension gauge and put it in its place. (Easier to see 500lb incriments rather than 20 40 60 80) A hundred bucks last time i checked
I’m not a 389 fan. I hate the rounded off grill and the headlights. The 379 ex hd was king and by far the best ever looking truck built. That’s not an opinion either lol.
@@TruckingTogether me myself personally I'm more of a 359 fan but I guess that's my age The first truck I ever rode in was a 1962 Autocar same model as the one used in over the top but a 10-wheel dump truck The other truck I rode in was a Peterbilt 351 also a 10-wheel dump truck got to ride in those trucks quite a bit I just like the older stuff better from the '70s and '80s when they still built trucks and they look like trucks not plastic
That sucks market prices falling. Running the spot market is tuff at times. Ya 1200.00 for a two dropper is not a lot of cash. You seem happier Martin running the W-900. So you made the right choice for you. Never been in the caves, seen a few guys go in and video. Looks interesting. Yup Tiny will always out mile Fancy but Fancy will always out pull Tiny. I know back when I was driving and fuel mileage was not a concern yet, if your tractor out pulled the pack well that was the tractor combination to have. Things have changed, Miles Per Gallon is King. Another great video guys, ya look good Martin in the W-900 L. Have a great and a safe day. Happy trails to you,D…
I never picked it, I had a guy offer good money for the truck I was driving so I sold it, I’d still be driving it if it were here though. The w900 holds a special place in my heart but I’m just not a kw guy.
Different Tier, smaller engine, not as much pollution. Also with how little they load up and how cold they run (exhaust wise) they would never be able to regen. TK has egr now on the s600 and s700 but its very little egr use they’re experimenting with.
Technically caves were once dug out too, by nature. As in water or ice, get it?? So technically a mine too. They never mined anything there, therefore it’s a cave.
Been in the caves too in Liberty, Missouri. Yes, with a 2020 T800 Just a little easier to maneuver than the W9 you drive.
Martin those caves are trippy👍👍👍
Nice 2 get unloaded 6hrs EARLY!!!!!! Woo-hooo ❤👍🏾🙌🏾📢📢📢📢📢📢📢🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊😎
Now that truck sound like a truck with balls.🤟🤙👍🤘✋🏼😱😎🪶✋🏻💪🏻🌲
Good trucking Martin.
Thank you both for another great over the road adventure.
Safe Travels out there

I've seen those tunnels before from other trucking channels. Pretty cool. Always enjoy watching your videos. Be safe, and God Bless.
That cave is much higher than SubTropolus in Kansas City. Always felt like I was gonna scape the roof when I drove in there.
Thanks for the ride along. I much bigger fan of the w9. But thats me old school trucking is the only way.
October 24th around 1445/1500 thought I saw you two in the red bird on Hwy 73 North .between Wisconsin Rapids and I-39
Wasn’t us
fancy with the spread definitely would make a cool shirt design
Fancy looks great
Playin in the Caves👍🏾🙌🏾
Heard about the caves before, but never seen them. Thank you the video!
I’m glad you had a map of the caves because it all looks the same to me. Pretty interesting. Just another day at the salt mine 😻
Yeah easy to get lost in there
Greetings 2 Everyone

Enjoyed the video. Nice adventure with you. Take care and be safe.😊😊😊😊😊
Looking good Martin nice seeing Fancy back on the road❤
lol who??
Thanks Martin hope you find something going towards home!

Caves are pretty cool, was there about a month ago. Safe travels
👍 for the editor 🤓
Probably a rubber floor mat or a mat with rubber backing would be your solution for the annoying sliding.
I've delivered to those caves before very interesting Hollywood movies are stored there because of the constant temperatures in the caves

It’s cool to go once in a while, they get you in and out.

I use to to those caves a lot very interesting
Caves are pretty crazy to be in.

limestone dust in the limestone caves

I been there 3 times with a flat bed trailer with steel coils

No. Don’t like to much crap hanging off the truck
Put some of the strips you put to keep stuff moving in RV shelve under the Matt.
Hello, very nice video. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Going underground for us!
I question that going underground for us 🤔

I know but it will throw the flow of the dash off. I trust the gauge enough and if pushing it I’ll slide the spread.
chili dee dawgs!! W coleslaw!! woop...woop....& ice cold CC's
Been there at those caves quite a few times pretty cool but no cell service which sucks when it's an 8 hr floor load
Yep, gets boring after a while
We have Chuck E Cheese restaurants on the west coast. Had no idea they sell reheated pizza.
The pizza sucks so I’d imagine it’s how they rock lol
Wow some drivers just can't seem to have enough sense to pull out of the way
Never do. It’s the me first mentality
I believe I might have seen that truck go north out of Carthage Mo.
You probably have.
Sum ppl have no lack of COMMON SENSE NOWADAYS!!!!! Blocking entrance/exits😬🙄🤯😲😫😤 Mr Martin show'em how it's SUPPOSED 2 be done!!!!!!😎👍🏾🙌🏾
Scotty common sense is going out the window along time ago brother. Sad to see, but it is what it is.👍👍👍
Loaded you right to the doors dang but hey all pays
Loaded to the gills
Hopefully they get Ur Ifta stickers 2 U soon
They mailed em.
Should ride pretty good with the axle weights being close together. My truck used to ride better with heavier loads/axle weights.
Nah it’s a kw. Rides like shit but what are you gonna do.
I always thought if I'd driven trucks and become an O/O I'd buy a nice 389 and stainless spread and put Refer Madness across the rear doors
Lee you spelled 379 wrong.
@@TruckingTogether damn it you're right I did 😂😂😂

Going underground, 🤔Jesse ventura comes to mind. His conspiracy show.
I have a question. How come a semi have to have DEF but a reefer trailer doesn’t
Different Tier, smaller engine, not as much pollution. Also with how little they load up and how cold they run (exhaust wise) they would never be able to regen. TK has egr now on the s600 and s700 but its very little egr use they’re experimenting with.
When you have your own trailer why not carry a spare tire on it save paying on the road just a thought great videos thanks for doing them safe travels
Why would I pay for a tire on the road??
Mines are dug out caves are natural what part do you not understand ???
Technically caves were once dug out too, by nature. As in water or ice, get it?? So technically a mine too. They never mined anything there, therefore it’s a cave.
That's not a greenapu that's a thermoking apu
It’s even greener than a green apu
Go get a cat scale ticket just to be safe
Why pay $14 when I know I’m good.
I thought you sold this truck???? I'm sorry, I think you guys have three trucks, and you sold one 👏 Keep Trucking
we sold Tiny Dancer
@@TruckingTogether U Guys ROCK,🏈
Maybe a little
I have been in those mines they are not caves. Caves are natural being from western PA I know what a mine looks like.
Sorry, I know only PA can have caves 😂
