Bro Can You Explain What's The Significance of Foreground & Background on Nodes ????? Not Like a Background Node, but What the Use Of Background Connector & Foreground Connector on a Node. Can't Really get my Head Wrapped around it. A Separate Video would be much appreciated.
What if I have to change the blending mode of media to going into the tracker? I can’t seem to find a solution because the merge node won’t allow it to work
when i playback in fusion page, the video tend to break or move in slow mode with break in between, do you know the reason that cause it? how to smooth the playback in fusion page?
When I merge two clips and I change the opacity / change the blend, it changes the opacity of both clips (looks like they are inversely related). How do I only change the opacity of 1 clip (the overlaying clip) with out impacting the other?
Is there a way to optimize Davinci while using fusion? Because for me generally it works good but each time I enable Particles it goes very super slow, even if I use optimize media and I set proxy quarter from playback menu.
Casey HELP ME PLEASE! So I'm trying to composite an "like button" animation over a piece of footage. In the Fusion tab I can see everything working fine. When I get back in my timeline, all I see is the piece of footage w/o the like button. The way I got them both in Fusion before starting to composite is by selecting them both, right click, create Fusion clip. The problem is that I see my end result in Fusion but not in the actual timeline. So I went back and "fused" other to clips to test. The same problem. I can see them working in Fusion, one on top of the other, but in the timeline all I can see is the "background" footage. Why? I have to metion that in the end of my nods chain is the MedOut node that should make my result show in the timeline. 7 hours of internet searching and I can't find any info to solve this. I'm on a dedline and this issue destroys me mentaly! Please help?
All you have to do is be over the shot in the timeline and open the fusion tab. OK. How many of us have a timeline like that? Just wondering. A timeline with only one layer of footage. This method of activating fusion to add effects to a clip is so fucking frustrating and basically shite, it's seriously one great reason not to use Fusion. It's so poorly thought through it isn't funny at this point. For fuck sake could we not just right-click on the clip and chose an option 'send to Fusion' or something. Would that be so hard to initiate? Really.
Can somebody please help. I've downloaded a Template. But all i see is a Text+ clip. All the animations seems to happen in this clip but i cant edit it. When i open Fusion there is only one Node called Macrotool. But i cant find out where it takes the content from or how i edit what in the clip is supposed to happen. Its hard to explain, but maybe somenone know this problem.

How long should it take to merge the fog and the footage? I have a new laptop and I don't know the normal length of time to wait.

Is everything connected to media out? Have you restarted Resolve? Updated video drivers? Updated resolve?
We need more composite in FUSION I think we are very saturated with color correction and editing
