    I was on minute 20 when I was gonna quit, but then I realized I’ve just needed to make it through 10 min more and I did it! I very grateful and love your content really 🥰🤩

    Currently recovering from covid, this is the only type of workout that I am capable of doing, the low impact type of workouts (though not low intensity). I'm so grateful for you Anna, thank you so much. This workout is perfect for me to slowly build my stamina back.

    warning!! don't get tricked by the "no jumping"!! today i was not on any mood to workout (i felt tired but still wanted to workout tho) but by doing this workout i did sweat a lot (i do hiit like 3-4 times a week)and it brought my energy back! thank you so much!! I highly recommend this one!

    Whoohoo - love it. The combination of cardio and bodyweight strength exercises was perfect! At the end my body was covered by sweat from my toes to the top of head - I need a shower now! Anna, girl, you rocked it!!! Thanks a lot and have a great weekend!!!

    With 1 day of rest in between of these 7 days of collaboration with @growwithjo, BUT... I did it , and IT WAS AWESOME. It was fun, energizing ,yet challenging. I'm feeling strong , beautiful and I do see results in the mirror. Also I became more active . And there is no more :"Oh...workout again ". This is now :" Yeah,let's work out!". Thank you, so much Anna. I'm new to your community ,but I don't regret it. You help me becoming the better version of myself. Sending lots of love from Ukraine,Odessa.

    Sometimes low impact workout are also really cool !! This morning i wanted a good sweat but living in flat i'm not able to jump so early so i chose this video and it was intense. Your low impact workout are always so efficient !! I am always challenge by the plank circuit and it improve for sure my strength. Thank you so so much.

    Great way to start the week. Love your low impact work-outs because they ALL end up being also super sweaty. Fantastic video with warm-up, main and post work-out cool down / stretch on this one. Nice music too. Thank you Anna, I love your work-outs.

    i am a county hockey player and run x country, and have done many of anna’s high intensity workouts, but have had to take up to 8 weeks off due to plantar fasciitis. it has been 2 weeks so far, and i found those 2 weeks very hard missing matches and training, but this week have begun doing your low impact no jumping workouts. it has helped so much

    Excellent Monday morning wake up routine, got me going, glowing and oh so sparkling! I kicked it up a notch and jumped the burpees because, burpees…hate em no matter what so may as well power through them. Thank you for this and the energy! 🔥✨🙌🏼👙💪🏼💃🏻🧨🤗🧎🏻‍♀️👸💫

    Am currently recovery from bad COVID. 2 weeks bed bound with no exercise, so was very nervous to do this but it was a great workout. I took breaks and probably too intense for where I am at right now, but Its a perfect workout to work up to that's not full on jumping.! So grateful to you as always X

    OMG THANK YOU - I need to get healthier and wanted to start with something low impact and, after searching and listening to a bunch of videos, yours was the first one to FOLLOW THE BEAT OF THE MUSIC!!!     50mins each exercise with intense Cardio and strength for 30mins non stop with just 10s rest in between is BEAST MODE 🎉

    This was great! Even my back is sweating even though we didn't do any jumping in this workout! Good workout after I wasn't able to workout for almost 2 weeks (had a cold and was very busy :( )

    Thank you for this workout. It is intense! Fooled by the no jumping. The only thing that got me not liking it so much was the music - it got really EDM annoying at certain parts. I wish you had a non music version but with the time stopper sound. That way I can put on my own cardio music with your video 🎶
