I believe it watermarks your plotted files and also when sharing this with a professional he will be alerted that this file was created with a student version. To add to that, even he, using his full commercial version will have a student version watermark on that file even though he is using a full version. At least that how it was on AutoCAD back in the day..
avicohen2k you are correct that the commercial license user will be alerted about the file being created with a student version ... but things have changed a little with the 2019 version. According to Autodesk the commercial user can accept and use the file without the student imprint being added to plots. Of course they advise the commercial license holder to evaluate whi is providing the file and the circumstances under which the file was created.

can i install it on my backup drive only? Everytime i try some big files always end up in c drive and my space is limited

The first thing you should be doing, is to create a Template for all your future projects. This Template will contain EVERYTHING you need to produce your project. Why? Because it will save you the repetitive time to continuously install all your BIM components every time you start your new Project. This is the same for your Sheet Titles, Notes, System families, etcetera, etcetera. The best way to create a working Template, is to create the Template from a fully finished Project. You then draw rectangles around each view of the model that is in your sheet views. After that, you can delete your model inside Revit, (Only the Model), and save that Project as a Template. Each time you begin a New Project, you use your Template, with everything already configured & loaded. Oh, I forgot to save, add or create, all your typical detail views. Have these already arranged on your sheets. It's much easier to delete or move around what you need for each project than to have to create the views each time. Hope that helps.
