For Bim should we need creativity or imaginary skills? Like what architects do?
And bro should we draw plan to convert it to Bim or they will provide plan and we should convert it to Bim? This is my main doubt

Agreed!! Been using revit for 3 years and the work results was amazing
It seems with Revit that every standardized part and every standardized structure is already pre-modeled. You barely have to do any actual modeling. It seems that most of the work is selecting the options you want. Like an electronic box of Lego bricks.

BIM only works IF all Stake Holders are competent enough to handle the Softwares and Hardwares. In most cases Contractors Workers are not Computer Savy as many are just providing muscles and traditionals.
Even now and till date all such projects were done without BIM
The repetitions of architecture designs that always happens in any project will be eliminated...I mean first attempt itself the final architecture drawings will made....is it like that....then how and how other agencies can participate???? Still not.clear...may be one more video is required taking small project for example
