Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
160 g wholemeal flour
100 grams of semolina
160 ml water lukewarm
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Topping:
220g cheese
300 g cream cheese
1 egg
4 small spring onions
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon chili
3-4 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 garlic cloves
pepper
Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C/convection for 20 minutes

Ich gehörte mit zu Deinen ersten Abonnentinnen und habe auch bewusst sofort ein Abo dagelassen, weil sowohl die Rezepte als auch die Videos mit Deiner Stimme und immer passender Musik mich total begeistert haben. Ich habe mich auch immer mega auf neue Videos gefreut! Doch seit die ohne Stimme, Erklärungen und oft nicht so passender Musik im Schnelldurchlauf durchrauschen, macht es mir nicht annähernd mehr soviel Spaß. Ich finde das total schade, denn anonyme Videos gibt es ohne Ende im Netz und die prägen sich meiner Meinung nach nicht so sehr ein. Wie gesagt, echt mega schade.....
