I’m also interested in how you cook these lines. My Hoji liners worked nice in 120°C for 10 minutes in a convection oven as do most Intuition liners. But I fail to find out how to heat the Cochise liners. When I google it, they is one link saying 80°C/176F for 8 minutes on the Google site, but when I click the link it takes me to Technica start page.
Nice boots & review, but they look like occasional tourers at that weight & ROM. Also based on my Atomic Hawx Ultras, I don't think I'd get a touring boot with gripwalk again. The AFD interface gets way too marked up if climbing up rocky faces.
@@DanegermanVisuals have you skied the hoji free? imo it is as stiff/stiffer with very nice flex progression, all around better boot than cochise... fit can be a bit of a bitch athough nothing custom skelet molding cannot fix

thank you Ron
Would you like to tell me what is about the temperature of heating molds and how long about it?thank you very much.
I went to a technica dealer and did it in the shop.

Yeah, more of a performance down hill boot. but they perform great on the up hills too!
They're only a couple oz heavier than anything else in their class. My size 29 are 4.7 lb each.
nice boot, narrow af though, you don't want to climb anything more technical in gripwalk..., imo better boot is dynafit hoji free in this category...
This boot definetly leans towards ski performance over touring performance. Thats what I like

@@mettflow2648 I have not tried the hoji free. It looks great though. I love how the walk mode loosens all the buckles. that's genius.
I just returned ...their claim 99 mm last and feels way wider than that, the toe box is too big too.......
Agreed. It's more like a 101mm.
