- This oil painting of a cabin on the lake at sunrise is my newest landscape. If I could imagine a perfect place to live in the mountains, I think this would be it. I developed the idea for this artwork through many photos I took during my adventures in the wilderness. This is my heaven on earth and I hope that you enjoy this painting process.

What kind of medium(s) are you using? It seems to dry really fast? When you actually laid the T-square on the canvas to get the water line level, how did that not make a mess? You also seem to have zero problems layering on top of seemingly wet paint, with none of the color beneath contaminating the clean color you are applying on top. If I may ask: how? I have to let the first layer dry for at least a few days or things become a muddy mess.
This painting is a true gem, a breathtaking display of creativity.superrrrrrrrrrr

I get that, but honestly speaking, I only have so much energy and time to edit and share this all along with producing the art. At the end of the day I would rather make sure I'm completing the portfolio of work that I want to share with the world than make sure I'm talking about it. It takes a lot of time to narrate for me as it's not a strength of mine. I always write my stories out, however. Thank you for the support!

Все хорошо, но плохо то, что в процессе не видно всю картину, как бы наслаждаясь ею, а не отдельными взятыми моментами - нет целостности, видимости всего пейзажа !!!! Это важно !!!!!!
Хорошая картина, но мне кажется минут через 40 этой избы не будет. Судя по свету, который из нее идет, там уже полыхает большое пламя, которое перекинулось с костра, в открытое окно, из-за ветра. А нарисовано хорошо, вопросов нет.

Hey, when you paint tree with black color, do you wait for some time for it to dry to paint green, or you do it right away
What do you use to speed up the drying of paint? Do you work with solvent or oil with the addition of thinner and varnish?
