Hello from 2021. No. Лунь, or Caspian beast as well, is too expensive project. It was created to defeat aircraft ships, but now it's not effective as our rockets. Last Caspian beast now laying on a beach of Caspian sea in Dagestan, it's opened for tourists too.

I believe in Ekranoplan, but i also frown on it too😅 It was a beast if it could properly engineered towards proper sea-to-land combat, but i rather admit that i was pragmatic in it's application in Naval warfare. In a Modern Naval Warfare that already have supersonic missiles, and a supercharged Naval Gun, i doubt one Ekranoplan could possibly even breach an naval formations, barely even capable of overwhelming it(The Torpedo application could extremely useful on combating these flaws, but in literal way it must remove most of it's heavy cargo) .@@MohamadAmerulZufar
