I tried your beef bolgogi recipe but used ground turkey... I browned the turkey first to get all the water out, then mixed in all the ingredients & followed your recipe😃....it worked & taste awesome! Thank u soo much & look forward to your cooking videos😄! Definitely trying this Mongolian recipe😋😋😋

Wow, this is really good -- sweet, hot, and garlicky! I used ground turkey. I didn't have any green onions / scallions, so I added some crescent-sliced onions to saute with the meat. Topped it with a fried egg. I think this will be in my regular dinner rotation. Next time I think I will add some additional veggies like any combo of: green peas, sliced green pepper, julienned carrot.

I found out i was pregnant from hearing two coworkers talking about it when they didn’t realize I had walked in the office lol. 😂😂😂 I’m 31 and if ppl really think I’m tryna hide a pregnancy at least buy me a pregnancy test cuz even I didn’t know and I see my stomach everyday lol

The rumor was I was pregnant but since my FIL works there and is a bit more conservative, everyone decided that I couldn't have been pregnant with my husband's child (he was my BF at the time) because SURELY he must also be celibate until marriage because that's how his dad is... People. Need. Hobbies. And I'm so so sorry that happened to you!
just made this and it is SO GOOD!! I only added 1 tbls sambal at first but I couldn't taste it at all so added another but I think next time I'll do 3. I'm used to spicier when I get Mongolian from the restaurant. I also ate it over udon noodles cause I was too hungry to wait for rice. I'll add sliced white onion and maybe some more beg next time but this is a winner!! So quick and yummy!!

Hey, enchiladas with an egg on top are a thing here in Mexico, they’re called “Enchiladas Montadas” (mounted enchiladas), they are soooo good
