Hey this is an old PvP meta fleet. Very solid for new players. And most importantly saving time when grinding events (yes this is still one of the best fleets to quickly clear maps besides maybe the French).
Also for the vanguard, don't forget about Nanoda! Great 1 of IJN ship.
PS to be really trolly you can equip the Homing Beacon and Skyrocket to the CVs to go even further beyond.
Solid for NEW players, maybe if they didnt take ten years to get

I have a joke fleet for you:
“CVL Rangers”
Ranger Pink: Ryuujou (buffs CVLs)
Ranger Blue: Casablanca (self-buffs, fleet buffs and other fleet buffs)
Ranger Yellow: Centaur (fleet carrier stats, fleet buffs, debuff swordfishes)
Ranger Red: Ardent Retro (CV/CVL buffs, debuff skill)
Ranger White: Yukikaze (backline heal buff, survivability, nanoda)
Ranger Black: Sirius (CV/CVL buffs, self-buff on number of CV/CVLs)
I built this fleet mainly because I’ve loved RJ since kancolle and I wanted a reason to use her despite her skills being so limited, so I built a fleet that is 100% focused around CVLs. Despite my initial intention to build it as a joke and just set it as my Exercise def fleet, I’ve been using it a lot just to cheese out the air space dominance on story mode maps, and it’s surprisingly able to hold its own up to world 12. Even on auto.
Ryuujou is a hard worker and deserves love.

Here is my speedrun fleet comp:
Backline:
-Richelieu (flagship) (barrage)
-Jean Bart (nuker)
-Gascogne (time stop)
Vanguard:
leftmost slot: -Roon, Algerie or Mogami retro (tank+dpm)
middle: -Le Malin (mochi cheeks) (speed+dpm+torps)
rightmost slot: -Algerie or Jeanne D'arc (french)
The idea behind this fleet comp is massive firepower right from the start and all throughout. Richy and JB have pre loaded volleys u can use upon entering battle. Richy's volley is very good too. JB also does 16k consistent damage on the first shot of a volley everytime she fires (if u hit) when using maxed white shell and black shell. Gascogne is gimmicky, double time stop is useful for bosses. The vanguard pumps our shells like there is no tomorrow. This fleet usually ends the fight vs event elite fleets within 10 seconds (Richy volley and barrage+ JB nuke).
P.S.: My JB is lvl120 and has all maxed gear. She uses the french 380mm quad gun. Her skill paired with the crit chance and crit damage increase given by maxed white and black shell means that the first 2 shots of the 4x2 volley she fires can EACH do 16k damage on avg (shooting diff armour types= diff damage, i think shooting light armour gets 19k). After that, the 6 remaining shells do 7k per shell. This gets u a total combined alpha of 74k damage if somehow all her shells manage to hit targets. This is a theoretical value, and u usually can get about 50k damage per volley she fires. Yes. PER VOLLEY. So when i used her in the daily plate grinding stages, her damage record was 269k damage.
Planes Everywhere Fleet: Flagship Hyugga retro, + Ranger + Long Island, Vanguard: Shirakami Fubuki (Hope you have her cause i dont... *sigh*) + Cooper + Köln with their respective gears (Suggested in the comments) + I-13 + I-25.

maybe have cooper and koln in the vanguard as well? Since both can launch aircraft if you equip them with their respective gears

I remember when i started, around 1 month before the 1st run of Nagato event. I got Akagi + Kaga quite early, So I had this team but Nagato replacing Amagi. Helped me get through 10-4 and farm for Jintsuu.
So Nagato would be my recommended replacement for those that don't have Amagi
I was going to say this, Nagato also gives a really good attack buff with +20% damage for Kaga/Akagi and the +20% reload making them even faster to fire off those planes. She herself is a bit slower but sometimes that actually helps.
Ah yes, the nostalgic Amakaga, used to be my main fleet in pvp b4 i got nagato. Nowadays i run Namalieu, with Jintsuu, Yukikaze, Juneau. With the new event aux, torps are quite good again as well. I've been trying Ibuki, Ayanami, Jintsuu, and if their torps hit, you can guarantee that the enemy vamguard will get wiped. I'll also try Amakaga with FCR, and Torp squad just to see how quickly i can end the fight. But the most consistent fleet for me at least is still Namalieu or Namaryuu with juneau. I can't go the full torp meme route since i don't have noshiro and my naganami isn't leveled yet, but if they were, you would be looking at +55% torp stat boost, and +32% Crit chance.
For me it's usually a ragtag of my best soooo:
Shokaku, Zuikaku, enterprise.
Helena, Fortune, Laffy (all retrofitted)
Sometimes i'll switch out fortune for a retrofitted London, and Shokaku with a retrofitted Unicorn, and it'd probably be better for me to get another Sakura in the fleet once i've leveled them enough, but that's what i got.
Fighting in the shade/It's Raining Bombs: Long Island Retro, Ranger Retro, Hyuuga Retro. Add Shirakami Fubuki and I-13 for a few extra planes because who needs to see the sun past the sky full of planes?
So. Many. Planes. Especially if Ghost Boat and RNGer decide to chain quick takeoffs and just nuke EVERYTHING.
Good thing Yamato and Musashi aren't here yet. We might end up giving them PTSD flashbacks...
I can imagine that happening in PvP.
The enemy is a single Yamato who's lvl 120 so you decide to add ranger kai and long island kai. The enemy gets instantly deleted by planes...
For Fleet video ideas, I have 2 suggestions (however they might be fairly lackluster compared to other suggestions):
1. Classic Eagle Union Zombie Fleet: Phoenix/Minneapolis, Cassin, and Downs.
2. All Cleveland Fleet: Monty, Clevebro, Birmingham/Columbia, Independence, and Bataan.
Amagi:✓ Sandy:✓
Akagi:✓ Yukikaze:✓
Kaga:✓ Cleveland:✓
A good phone that can run AL: X

Thankfully, I was lucky enough to get the FFF (Full Fox Fleet) so it looks like I'm well on my way to having my own speed running group!

@@Hawk2zer0 3-4 wasn't that bad. Took about 12 days of work, and then I straight-up bought Amagi with medals of honor. TBH, seeing Amagi as a buyable ship was... *holy fuck.*
Think Perseus can fit in a speedrun guide, with quick load (weak though..) air strikes? Perhaps with Shouhou synergy, she might do some decent damage? I'd also guess a torp heavy fleet might be able to delete siren bosses in seconds if facetanking? Combine the two - preloaded torps+insta available air strikes, you can create a window to facetank safely
Fleet idea to (probably) make all your eyes bleed:
Backline: Hood (Flag), Saratoga (retrofit), Warspite (retrofit)
Vanguard: Prinz Eugen, Z-23(retrofit), Sandiego.

Ibuki: I am lowly and humble
Her in torpedo cancer: I am STrong
On pvp Izumo or Suruga on oposite side to Korgi, Nagato for buffs, Amagi debuffs and kill the korgi, Yukikaze with pearl, Noshiro to tank and Ibuki/Mogami for damageor even Azuma if is high enough, evev using under 120 amagi and suruga is working really well, yet still needs rng but those 3 barrage one after another is a massacre
Gotta love the double torp preload of some Sakura ships. Put them on a fleet with Noshiro or Jintsuu for extra boom. Double preload torp with fast firing (or preloaded) battleships and/or carriers is my favorite way to melt sirens on event maps.
I recently found out that Weser is an Admiral Hipper class, so I set up a fleet with her Prinz Eugen Admiral Hipper u and Tallin for a fleet that is entirely one class of ship. :)
It seems to be quite a cheap fleet for oil although I'll need to limit break most of them soon, but hopefully I'll be able to use it to grind 3-4 until I get Akagi then I'll be able to try this fleet out for myself.
I would definitely recommend Noshiro for the first frontline if you have her. She’s both tanky and buffs torps. Throw in Jintsu and the skonkwaifu and you can have a lot of torp buffs.
Amagi is #1 ship NA, but I ship her with Kaga.
i have used that backline before. also anyone stuck in the fox mines. you have my pity people.
I got 2 akagis and 0 kagas and it's been a year and a half since I started playing this game...

Ngl if you really want the BEST speedrunner main fleet (IMO) The French Backilne is your best choice
Richelieu, Jean Bart, Gascogne, Champagne, and even Dunkerque can all delete the enemy faster than the attack of pearl harbour.
There are some hyper-optimized speedrun build. Ibuki and some other torpedo ships/buffers are mostly involved.
Star Destroyer Fleet:
vanguard: Nanoda, Kitakaze (max fate so she don't have to tank), Tashkent
backline: Ryuuhou, Akashi, Nagato
Better back line at least for PvP is white carrier bunny (forgot her name begins with a H), Nagato and Amagi.
a question cant you use Akagi, Kaga and Kagas Battleship version ?
Tosa, akagi and kaga have always been my go to.

Preloads are really good ln pvp and on elites sooo JB n Riche are getting some attentions now
@@lolengjeffreyo.1657 preloads ship are not good in pvp tho because those ships only have 2 main gun and don't gain extra damage on auto.
There 3 outcomes when i use Riche My Backline(Riche,Warkai,Saratoga Retro)
1)Riche targets backline with 2 salvos,deletes or half hp 1 ship(also inflicts early burn dmg)
2)Riche targets vanguard,deletds or half hp them(mostly i encounter Juneau users which negates her use or IJN DDs)
If lucky enough to hit either 1 or 2 salvos
3)Riche complete miss on vanguard or miss channce on htting backline
@@victortran2962 I give preload salvo a solid 7 or 8 /10 than other meta pvp backline ships

also something that is only really relevent to the current event, Aurora Noctis. in Aurora Noctis if you kill the elite the battle ends, so you can legitmally speedrun the elite battle.

I used to use this as my main mob fleet before but now that I have Nagato, I switched Amagi out with her. Is this a good decision in my end? Both Nagato and Amagi are good so I’m really wondering if it was worth it. Amagi has all of the nice skills and fast firing salvo with highly possible barrage but Nagato’s sheer damage and Sakura buff makes her a formidable ship. What do u guys think I use?
Either of them are really good. Nagato has a huge advantage with Carriers due to the buff she has for them. Amagi helps the overall team with her buff and debuff. Both of them are good and are actually used together in most fleets (especially PvP). Nagato is a bit slower to fire, but she'll melt a lot more enemies on screen in a mob fight if her barrage procs.
Both of them are perfectly fine. I believe Nagato is seen as the better option tho due to her barrage and carrier boosts.

Ark royal, Centaur, and Formidable (maybe swap one out for a high damage BB like corgi, Jean Bart, monarch, etc)
Idk for vanguard (torp vanguard with magnetic torpedos?)
Make sure that all torpedo plane equips are the swordfish 818 squad
It may not be effective, but it sure sounds fun to obliterate enemies who can’t move
using aurora and chapayev for vanguard so enemy dd will suffer. SLOW GANG!!!!
I do have the AmAKaga combo but unfortunately I have my Amagi at level 70 and limit break zero. Hopefully after the current HMS event ends I will work towards getting Amagi max limit break and getting her to level 100 then level 120.

-Jean bart, can be replaced with Champagne
since Amagi and the rest of Crimson echoes is permanently available, feel free to go ham with this fleet
Wonder if this backline could add the Phoenix Purple DD (i forgot her name, she was on Noshiro's event) to RUSH the war archives???
She has 2 skills in one slot a double torpedo and recover 25% Hp if fall to 20%
I actually have been using this backline since i got all three. For the vanguard, i'm currently using Atago, Takao, and Ayanami. Although after watching this video i might switch Ayanami for Yukikaze.
Hawk: You can go full torpedo fleet, but they're pretty fragile and you don't have a healer
Noshiro, Jintsuu, and Torpedo Gremlin of choice all with rainbow dildos: Don't need to heal if everyone's dead

Whenever people talk about 3-4 I always remember that I was able to get both SRs in 24 hours, but that luck ran out because... I have been grinding 6-4 for Yuudachi since last year. I have better luck with event ships than I do this one SR destroyer. In short I grinded for three days to Deutchland seriously, does Yuudachi hate me that much?
I use the SpeedRunner fleet + TorpedoVanguards for boss fights.
Good times actually.
The immortal mob fleet of Queen Elizabeth, Unicorn, and Lusty is my go to for farming. Those ladies can keep destroyers alive long after the ammo runs out

show the Fletcher fleet at some point is perfect for the hell farm (3-4) for the front line none limit brake at all and for the back the 3 Monitor keep the oil nice and low or 2 Monitor an a unicorn (no LIMIT BRAKES )
Hey Hawk! could u cover torpedo nuke? I've been running hms torpedo carriers with homing torps for a while now and I was wondering how fast u could 100-0 a boss if u add IJN torp vanguard to them. Love ur vids! keep em comming!
So... The Increase/Decrease Evasion Rate would be like Increase/Decrease Damage???
Kinda. Decreasing enemy evasion rate makes the dodge less likely to occur...in a sense...making you more accurate. The enemy has a better chance to take more hits...so more damage.
When it's increased, it improves dodge...and thus makes you less likely to be hit....so less damage.
It's not exactly a one to one relationship, but these decrease/increase just improves the chances of it being like that

Try Monarch, Howe and Warcorgi. Ive that fleet comp running the maps and its devasting. Howe's support skill makes it a very good fleet comp and alot of fun. And it works with every vanguard.
can you build a fleet with highest evasion ?
I have one of the fox sisters, and that was the 1285 run in that map. Yes no fun.
One question do i have to run the hard mode in this Mission or can i play the normal run for akagi and kaga
@@gpg_ace5564 either mode is perfectly fine to use! I just did all of mine during hard mode.
That backline also could be like "tons of fluff" or "mofu mofu time" if you don't crap your pants everytime Akagi decides to laugh and be crazy. Now Perseus has an instant airstrike so she is also for quick first attack.
Yes but Perseus's damage is not good. In fact she has bad efficiency in all her planes. But she does heal the entire team, which, depending on the situation, makes her far better than Ryuuhou and Unicorn in terms of healing.
But when it comes to making Perseus do damage, don't rely on her...

Yes
You can for sure! But Nagato doesn't get the fast firing ability (even if you have High Standard Fire Control Radar). So it's up to you!

Yes. Nagato can substitute for Amagi. But she will be less speed more firepower. She also buffs Akagi and Kaga
