- Now on to a fleet that has some strong killing power right at the beginning of the fight. How well does preloaded do in regards to overall effectiveness? Let's break things done and see!

Had a few rewrites to do and all for it, but I'm happy with where it is now.
As much as I wanted to use more ideal Sakura Empire Vanguards, I don't have a lot of them leveled yet (skill and level), so I'm sure some of the vanguard girls could be subbed out.
So....

i like your presentation. It felt very professional. most guide videos are just them copy/pasting the text from the wiki and reading it and giving some opinions
you, however, explain it verbally and visually (by showing who is effected by the skills) while also making it entertaining. which is great for someone with a smooth brain like me.
Glad you enjoyed it! It's a bit more work than my usual videos (playtesting some of these formations does take a bit), but enjoyable nonetheless!

This is pretty close to my operation siren fleet, I just switched out aya and ibuki for jintsu an jukikaze for more survivability. Have been running it since the release of the French and can only advertise for it, once you try it you don't want to go back to non preload battleships.

I love using IJN vanguard with sheer amount of trop power, it is fun to watch who entire map full of trop
When you order an English Chelsea Bun, a few French Brioches, and a nice helping of Japanese Melonpan at the same time. Why? Because no one told you, that you couldn't do it.

And about this fleet only weakness is AA, but don't worry our lord Sandy come in handy
oh course! You could also go for Isuzu if you wanted to keep to the Sakura Empire as well.

Me having lvl 120 JB with +12 shells , mewofficers and riche *18-19k* dmg per hit..mmh interesting , same goes for riche 14-16k dmg... it's just broken oof
I've been using the riche, jean, perseus main fleet setup for a very long time and its probably one of my favorite setups. i change my vanguard once they get to lvl 120 but the main fleet has always stayed the same from 7-2 till 12-4 where im still grinding choukai
that backline is pretty nice together. Very powerful mobbing capabilities. It might need a little help with anti-air though at the worst.

It was hinted at in the video, but to give it more attention: Aquila & Vittorio Veneto are good choices as well. From personal experience they perform better then Jean Bart & Richelieu. Looking at ALMs videos, they even perform good in PvP. Have not tried them in Chapter 13, just Chapter 11 Hard Mode und OpSi. They kill things before the mobs can act most of the time.
As a side note, Vanguards are not that important until late chapters. Aquila and Perseus kill most of the mobs anyway.
If you play OpSi, it's highly recommend to use such a fleet for your mobfleet. This isn't just or fun, they reduce the time needed for the grind by a lot.
The only reason I didn't mention VV, was that she's not a true "preload" sure, she's close and you could argue that, but at that point, she's more like the Speedrunner concept than Rigged from the Start for fleets.
Definitely not a bad pick tho!

Can you make a support artillery fleet?
A fleet that influence other fleeta battle, like giving barrage like shinano and new jersey.
Imagine 6 barrage on a battle.
New jersey, shinano, and tosa have cross fleet barrages. That said im more interested in cross fleet buffing, like NJ again, casablanca, and independence retro.

I wanna correct you about Richelieu's Iris' Vindication, Her Gun will Crit, IF she manually aims for the first time. So If you auto aim the Guarantee skill will not trigger. So If your fighting a Boss Node, Autoing will help you save that Guaranteed Crit until the Boss Spawns.
Huh...I've had that not work for me for some odd reason. Might have missed. Really hard to tell that sometimes when it's a "Guaranteed to crit" but not "Guaranteed to hit" scenario.
@@Hawk2zer0 That highly depends on the Unit type and Where it will hit. Though in OpSi, there are some bosses who flat out ignore the crits or won’t take crit dmg at all.
@@mordo_arts It could have just been a scenario where the shot missed and a torpedo hit without critting and made me think it did hit.

You can also make a preload fleet with VV, Aquila, JB for the main and Noshiro, Ibuki, Duca, Duca is needed because of VV's skill which can reduce her first salvo load time by 80% making it basically a preloaded one lol, and with her on the fleet you can still get her really good targeted barrage, plus you still have the ability to burn while using an AP gun, but the 15% damage for JB is really hard to ignore too considering when I use her solo i usually get 13k damage per salvo hit lol
my fun fleet are vanguard with CB gun like Azuma, Prinz Heinrich and Deutchland class.
heck they can even clear the daily Tactical Training for BB eventhough my backline are CV/CVL only
i dont have jean bart but i always run richelieu and perseus with champagne dev lv30 as my operation siren mob fleet its a banger fleet. good in strongholds too actually against light armor enemies that try to get a spot back from you

Guess why my OPS mob fleet is Richi + JB + Perseus and Saint Louis + Jeanne D'Arc + Algerie. The preloads carry you through everything. AA luckily isn't an issue in that mode.

As an aside, Champagne works really well to make the fleet incredibly well rounded with her focus on AP and her fast reload, however she is PR and only has the one shot. I would sub JB with Champagne because of the AP and reload. Im aware you mentioned her, but ya know... Not ragging, just an observation. Good video tho! 🎉🎉🎉 /pos

If you want to add more preload then Suzutsuki its an option since she also has 2 preloaded torpedos from the get go.
Is she? I thought she was only 1 preloaded torpedo since she's a gun destroyer
@@Hawk2zer0 Probably confusing this with her barrage about 3s into the fight. But, yes Suzutsuki is extremely good for fast clearing and so is Tashkent.

I actually use something similar in OP Siren. Richelieu, Aquila and Venetto with Zara, Ayanami and Jintsuu, but my plan is to level Abruzzi to go with her instead of Zara. Since Venetto salvo takes a little bit of time to launch, just like Wales, it actually times well because she will fire at some targets that Richelieu missed or could not kill, and Aquila cleaning the mobs from the start with the 4 torpedos USS plane, it's a crazy fast mob fleet, also, Ayanami and Jintsuu torpedos are fantastic, I can't wait to level Abruzzi to add to my little meme mob fleet. This is one of the things I love in AL, the possibility to make very fun, not exactly meta, fleets.
Although well... Aquila, Veneto and Abruzzi are also part of the current PvP meta, so...

Who would be in the "No-Fly-Zone" Fleet? I know that Sandy Retrofit is in there for sure...possibly North Carolina too.
some suggestions(besides Sandy Retro and NC)
New Jersey, her Eagle Union AA buff
Reno, her AA is second only to Sandy Retro and the skill "Reno Reactor" pumps it more(15% at start, +% every other time a backline ship takes damage)
San Juan, despite being a Rare(blue) ship, has both the 5th highest AA and the skill "I'll Handle This!" (25% chance on firing AA guns to increase all Eagle Union ships AA)
Bremerton, when not in the lead position her skill buffs her AA
Baltimore, when sortied with an EU carrier, she increases the fleet's AA (would mean you need an EU carrier, Essex or Bunker Hill fits it perfect for her bonus)
Essex, the skills "Covering formation"(AA and AVI boost for EU carriers, by herself it's meh) and "Absolute Evasion"(if 4 or more EU including her, % chance to drop AVI damage taken to 1)
those iirc were all event ships, so what you have may vary
Massachusetts, her skill Big Mamie, for every EU CA and BB(including herself) increases her AA(also FP and EVA) by % upto 3 times
she was event, I think she was moved to heavy construction when Iris became war archive
Bunker Hill (drop that may not actually exist, lol), "Unwavering Resolution", if the only CV/CVL increase main fleet AA by %
SUPPOSEDLY drops from the BOSS of 13-4, but if you want an AA fleet, odds are it's for 13-x so kinda a circle
honorable mention for
Helena Retro, her AA is 14th overall, she's relatively easy to get(she drops all over), if you have the EU bonus stack going or need 1 more for it
Seattle, PR2, dual sextuple 40s and a skill that boosts her AA for 8 sec every time a plane is shot down, but that's a lot of BPs if not already worked on
my fav comp for fast clear auto in OS is
main: KGV, persius, centaur/formidable (with fairy albacore)
vanguard: Minneapolis, london, helena meta/drake
I am running san Diego, San Francisco and Allen M Sumner and in that order look at their abilities they make this vanguard pretty durable.
Swap Ayanami for Chokai and the vang will be good with their guns as well (but not if you are targeting 10s figts , in that case Maya or Mogami Retro my be more usefull). I'm currently cleaning OS with a team of vang (Chokai , Maya , Ibuki) back (Nagato , Kii , Persius) - my Noshiro is brand new so i cant use her , Maya however is really strong. Lets not count how many torps are thrown in because we all know Ibuki , Maya's main is proking all the time while all are getting buffs from Nagato and Kii.
I know the AA can be alleviated with Jintsuu/Noshiro/Isuzu Combo a bit...still will struggle. Also the gun fights can use Suzutsuki as well.
Sandy is love, Sandy is life, Sandy would benefit from Noshiro's buff.

this is somewhat similar to my mobbing fleet except that mine is veneto, aquilla and perseus for backline, abruzzi, yuudachi and sandy

Iris of Light and Dark should be archived, so you can get some of them
Jean Bart (Heavy Construction)
Dunkerque (Heavy Construction) - Richeliu Replacement
Ayanami (Max Limit Break Laffey, Javelin, and Z23 for her)
Ibuki (Is available via PR1 in the Lab section)
Jintsuu (10-4 Map Drop) - Noshiro Replacement
Perseus will need a rerun of Aurora Noctis to obtain her
Richeliu will need a rerun of Skybound Oratorio to obtain her
Noshiro just had her rerun, so if you didn't get her from the store (8k points) you'll have to wait until her event is archived.
Perseus does not have a replacement really besides Aquila, but that requires a specific Italian event (Daedalian Hymn) to rerun if you don't have her

Honestly i would replace ayaya for Duca, she has a preload torp AND reduce the load of the 2nd, so basically can use it almost instantly
and if you use aquila and veneto that should give a preshoot for veneto too
Near Preload, 80% (or more with the High Standard Fire Control Radar). Still fast tho, would be fun regardless!

Shimakaze does replace Ibuki in this fleet.
Do a all out assault base front (like shimikaze) and best back line fleet

I usually let Long Island, Ranger, and Bogue do that. Crashed a phone once...was pretty neat.
