How to play "I'm on Fire" - rhythm and picked guitars in duo, like The Other Favorites

Not so long ago The Other Favorites covered "I'm on Fire" and of course, did it nicely. I decided to unpack that and turns out it's not too hard so thought I'd show a 'how to'. I haven't given much detail on what the picked guitar does, just which notes are fretted, so you'll have to use your ear or leave a comment if it's an issue & I might do a quick demo follow up. I use a capo at 4 (standard tuning) but The Other Favorites might tune down half a step. (It depends on your voice.)
