I feel like the rule did an alright job in game 1, and I would have a hard time blaming the reset rule for game 2, when I crossed the reset threshold my run was well over 90% chance of working. I think I would still agree to the reset rule because it gives everyone a fair shot after a fail, instead of just being auto fed to the next person. Maybe the reset rule could work better like this, maybe not. Anyone that crosses the threshold or dies is eliminated and replaced by people from the semis, ordered by points or highest win rate or something. For example after game 1 Lina would've been replaced by the highest priority semifinalist, and after game 2 dignia and I would've been replaced with the next 2 highest priority people. This would keep all the games at 6p, maybe you give them the same settings, maybe not. Would be harder to schedule though as you need people on standby, but just an idea.
Cheers Frog. I wouldn't be too hard on yourself if I was you. The nature of this accomplishment invovles a lot of luck. The more you play the more you have to make your peace with that I think. Finalist is a massive acheivement.
