Why didn't Nick want you to work out when you felt like it? I've always heard that it is totally OK to continue working out throughout pregnancy (even strength training or running, etc). It's my favorite part of my day and helps my mental health and I ca't imagine NOT doing it if I was feeling good. Can you explain more?
