I can barely give advice about catching 3M waves that’s SOLID! But make sure you have a board with plenty of volume & rocker. And paddle like your life depends on it… because it might 😂🙌🏽

I started to watch ur vids 2 years ago and ur so good at surfing. I enjoy surfing but my pop up takes me down as I usually land on one foot one knee do u have any tips?

Thank you so much legend!! Start making a habit of NOT using your knee. Plant your back foot first then your front foot. Really quickly. Just BACK, FRONT 💥

Noz how did you get so good at surfing
First off, thank you!! Second, I was lucky to get hooked when I was maybe 10 years old. So a lot of my progression came from 10-15yrs and then the progress has been fairly ‘linear’ since then.
I think just putting the time in, setting goals and getting advice/coaching is the best way. Surf skates helped a lot too

Why does no one surf here?
Good question! 99% of the time this spot doesn’t work. You need the perfect swell, tide, direction & wind to all line up. And even then… it will only work for a couple hours (if you’re lucky). I’ve been blessed to score it a few times now
