I'm building a stand tomorrow for my DPS-A. Can you please provide the dimensions of the overall height of the stand?

Your stand height may vary from mine due to how your boat sits on your trailer. Go to about the 1:20 mark of the video and I explain what to consider when building the stand. To answer your question though, may particular stand is 18.25 inches tall, 6 inch clearance in the middle, and the boards the drive rests on are 15 inches long. But again, if your boat sits higher when your drive is level, yours will need to be taller!!

@@iowabuckeye I just need a height that I know works on level ground. My boat is on gravel for the winter, so when I install my out drive in the spring, there will be some lifting required. Thanks for the response.

@@alg54 No problem. You could also get some thin boards like I have on top to sort of shim it to a better height if needed. I added the second board after a poor first measurement.... It is good to have it as close to level-in as possible. Especially when you are 6'4" and crouched under a swim platform.

@@iowabuckeye Shimming is exactly what I intend to do. Thanks!
