i get that it’s supposed to be like project runway, but honestly i’d really love to see a week instead of 48 hours so we could see how much more you can do!
5 days + $500 would make this feel a lot less punishing to them both and I don't think most of us would mind.
Although, that is why is called a challange
@@belindacoba5158 let us be honest, Shay has put together outfits in less than 36 hours plenty of times so she did have a slight unfair advantage. Those were probably simpler designs though.
right, like if it’s just a regular person doing a craft trying to recreate a dress, I’m gonna be entertained with the restrictions, but when it’s people with actual sowing and designing skills, I really just want to see them showcase their talents and be happy with the results.
Both were amazing, but Shay’s bodice? STUNNING!

Both dresses are LOVELY! It's hard to choose because you two are so skillful, but I think I lean more towards Shay's dress. The bodice is gorgeous!

It's so difficult to choose my favourite because I ADORE them both! I am a HUGE fan of copper so Gunnar's dress really appealed to me, but then Crescent's dress looked so freaking gorgeous on those steps in the sunlight. If I could choose to wear one of them, then Crescent, it would be yours purely because the colour would suit me better lol!! Brilliant challenge, guys. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it while having my lunch today!!! Keep em coming!! xx

I don't know how we are supposed to judge between these two dresses. They were both such stunning designs, executed BEAUTIFULLY! You both have an incredible eye for materials, fantastic ability to manipulate them, and amazing results!
Not surprised that that both rules were broken! 🤣🤣🤣 Absolutely loved both gowns, but the heavenly bodies gown was my favourite- only as it is my favourite of the two gowns to start with! I have to say Gunnar’s foiling was amazing, and thank goodness for glue guns! 💖💕💖
after watching both your processes and listening to your doubts and worries and ideas,, how could i possibly choose ? both dresses are absolute DREAMS and inspirations!!!! you guys make me want to hop into a studio and just start MAKING. that being said , and i swear I'm not being bias because i love both dresses , i think shay's wins by the slimmest margin! the green color on gunnar's didn't quite work with the copper in the final look in my opinion ? both dresses are gorgeous though !! love the longer video , shay , it makes the perfect media to play along while I'm doing my art homework :]
If you got to go over budget and over time, then I don't have to pick a favorite! You both did so great and I loved seeing you both under the same roof, creating together too!

But, if I really have to choose between the two, it would be the Heavenly Bodies because it stood out more to me. I love how the deep red burgundy colour complements the beaded details.

Thank you Gunner and Shay for recreating these looks ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I have loveeeed both these two dresses for so long and I was tempted to ask Shay if she could recreate the statue of liberty dress because I love it. Loved Gunnar's recreation of it. The copper colour is stunning against the blue and I looove the copper bead fabric he chose. Shay you nailed the bodice with all of the beadwork, not gonna lie though I didnt fancy the gold lace as much because I felt it was too broad but I loved the outcome and overall last look. I cant choose they were both equally stunning in their own way and beautiful too. Thank you for making these longwr vids. I really hope you guys collab more often, it was nice to see how openly honest and helpful you were with each other. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'm tight now using the blake Lively heavenly bodies dress as a template for my wedding dress, the biggest difference is that I added bishop sleeves 😊 you gave me so many ideas shay how to continue ❤❤

As a fan of both of them, I was really happy seeing them both working tother on a fun challenge. Both of them did a great job even tho I am not an expert in sewing or making cloths in general but seeing the final product really took my mind away. So proud of both of them

Both are amazing. Shay’s choice is time consuming as there are a lot of appliqués so that’s bonus point but Gunner’s technique is amazing.
To be fair, both of you complete the sewing in 3 days so technically it is 3 days challenge (minus the shopping)
