      Excuse me for this way of contacting you but time does not leave me the choice I know this message will surprise you because we did not know each other but the grace of God sent me to you and I wish you to read my message carefully .
      Basically my name is Zambrano Adelinda of Italian origin and I live in France I suffer from a serious disease which condemns me to certain death: it is throat cancer I have a size of 850,000 euros that I would donate to one trustworthy and honest person, so that she uses 50% of this money to help the poor people around her, the rest will come back to her because it is to you that God adored me.
      I am the owner of a used car sales business and I lost my husband 8 years ago which affected me a lot and I have not been able to remarry to this day, we have no children.
      I would like to donate this amount for my death because my days are numbered for lack of this disease for which I had no treatment, I would like to know later if you can benefit from this donation.
      Given my current situation, I am not often connected to youtube, please contact me by email for more information: gradelinda548@gmail.com
      .Thank you

    I used many of these. What about chaga and reishi though. I know if you don't harvest your own they can be more expensive but they do bear mentioning. I live in the north and harvst my own. I also sell them and at that point in the chain they're not expensive at all. Gathering your own is a great adventure too.

    • @eilzed
      @eilzed 3 роки тому

      How do you make chaga? I have seen a few different ways. Not sure on best method. 💓

    • @timothylongmore7325
      @timothylongmore7325 3 роки тому +1

      @@eilzed it depends on what your trying to make. many confuse tea with hot water extraction and tell people that their way is the correct way to do it. Basically tea is made about the same way you make any tea. Just fill a tea diffuser with some chaga pieces (or powder) and pour on boiling water and steep for about 10 minutes and serve. If you're trying to make an extraction put about a half a pound of chaga in a crock-pot and fill with good water , not chlorinated tap water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 hours. This will produce a very strong extract that you won't want drink straight. You can dilute it for a tea but usually it's added to a beverage in small ammounts or mixed with an alcohol extraction to form a dual extraction which is a whole different process. I personally use tea 3-4 times a week and use some extract maybe once a week and about once a month use a reishi extract. And every once in a while ginseng tea. I forage all these things so they're pretty much free. My way of making tea is a little different than the way I discribed above and I'll tell you if interested but I've explaned it on many other chaga blogs here on youtube.

    Awesome!! I have started taking your teas and immunity shots and I feel amazing! Two questions:
    1: What if I just put most of the ingredients, you showed, all together?
    2: Remember your immunity shot video? I feel like not throwing away the strained material and like to chew it with the shot. Or use that in boiling water to make tea. Is that okay?

      Chaga tea and hiking for exercise ( if physically able) Take chaga/cranberry juice on the hike and some trail mix. Nuts, fruit and M&Ms from planters is my favorite. Plan the walk to overlap a mealtime. When you take a break have your snack. The chaga tea seems to act as an appetite suppresant and gives you energy and the trailmix fills you up. Eat a slightly smaller meal afterward and cut out sugar cold turkey. Good luck.
