He even said as much on one of his Nerdist episodes: Even when he's tired and frustrated he'll always cover it up and smile in an interview because people deserve better than the real rage he can be in sometimes deep down. I'd say someone younger with not as much practice such as the new Tommy H (Tom Holland) is much more genuine right now. But as he gets older himself, he'll learn the same tricks too. But replace "genuine" with "nice" and you're spot-on. I'd prefer someone that is forceably playing up their niceness (so long as it isn't hiding psychopathy) than someone who is being genuinely horrible, anyway.

You have to make the interviewee feel comfortable to draw out the rich answers you want, you have to ask the right, relevant question, making sure not to offend the interviewee in any way, you're never sure if you have enough interview material covered to conclude the interview, the list goes on. After you're done, you almost always don't know whether you did a good job or not, and trust me I've had a handful of interviews gone bad. But if you hear from the interviewee something like that, it gives you such an encouragement boost that can last months.
Exactly, Toy Story is the reason why 3D computer animated movies are still popular today. It's not as much as it was when the original film came out because there's so many of them now but imagine if all you saw were hand drawn 2D films prior to it.

I grew up with TS series all my life, and perhaps TS4 characters and their themes relates to me now more than ever. Also the stunning animation and how far TS has come in terms of animation on fur (Cat scene) and rain scene, the idiosyncrasies of some of the smaller role characters and attention to detail on the foreground and background of some of the scene is truly stunning.

I watched it last night. Toy story never disappoint. I love this movie. And the end is sad .. :(
