An interesting looking and sounding pedal, but I'd watch this video on a loop just for Frank Itt's playing. The more I hear him, the more I realise he's an exceptional musician.
@KillerFridge For me it's was 4:05 that instantly reminded me of the outro of Pantera's "Floods". ua-cam.com/video/QF3U6WkS9hg/v-deo.htmlsi=fgDiYKABFqO4okKb
Got my new BTW coffee mug, EADG life baby! Any thought to insulated beverage containers? I would love to get a bassface air insulated tumbler to match my shirt! :D
Although I try to like reverb or delay on bass ... I really don't ! It just doesn't sound right to me ... ;-) Besides that as always a very nice video and very well demonstrated.
Nobody cares. If 4:05 doesn't show you that lower frequencies can still sound good, then nothing will. A tiny bit a reverb at a very low rate setting makes almost any bass tone better and more alive.
@@swiftymcgarnagle4567 @funkingitup1805 I must say your answers got me thinking and I must admit it is true more bass players than i realized use reverb and delay. Roger Waters must certainly be 1 of them and I like a lot what he does. I guess it requires a bit more accuracy (especially delay) to play it right compared to other effects. I will reconsider my above answer which was more being based on me "not ready yet" to integrate this in my pedalboard. I'll check it out ... ;-) Thanks for your feedback. Appreciated.

That opening little riff, especially when the chorus kicked in ❤❤

Here in Germany Frank is an absolute legend. Probably the most famous bassist we’ve ever had in this country
I'd love for Frank to release a bass centric album like Stanley Clarke's School Days or Victor Wooten's A Show of Hands, assuming he hasn't of course.
@@basstheworldofficialHe's more than just a pretty face lol
Frank is that guy that has you in awe because he looks like a sweet old grandpa but plays all bass techniques with ease...
Gregor's dad is killer on bass. LEGEND!!!
Great playing, Frank!
Frank Itt is a badass bassist! Awesome playing!
The fact that Dimension chorus (a highly underrated effect for fretless bass) is one of the options has basically sold me on this.
this is a very smart pedal design. love it!
Good to see pedals made in Greece are getting more traffic! great presentation
Three birds one stone lol. Brilliant man. Laughing out loud here. Love the humour here. Cheers Gregor
Awesome playing man !!
I am not a peddle guy - but this could be winner.

sometimes I wish Gregor would just demo the stuff because most of us can’t ever hope to play like frank itt
This pedal is pretty interesting. I may need one.
just like hear frank play cold dude..
love the channel
Is it an all white bass in the background?
Just what I was looking for in a pedal! Frank is a killer bass player and that Yamaha just sounds awesome. Anyone knows what model it is?
It is a Yamaha BBG5A. I have the same in another color.
Very nice
Hi Gregor,
what is the difference between the junior and regular version - in terms of capcabilities?
The big one has cab sim and a headphone out. Otherwise I think they’re identical, apart from the size
@@basstheworldofficial 0 many thanks for the promt and informative answer
i love Gregors Dad!
The first check sounds like a track from Maserati band
Dig the shirt.
Can you remind me when I needed a delay or a reverb last time?
We didn’t make this video for you specifically.
Frank Itt and Julia Hofer have the greatest bass faces in the business. What is it about German and Austrian bassists? Something in the water ?
Ok Justin Chancellor 👏👏👏
TAKE MY MONEY!
Cool stuff, but you got the wrong shirt when Frank is i'da house 🤣
I need to see Frank in the Bass Face t-shirt. Even better would be a t-shirt of Frank wearing the bass face t-shirt.
Gregor. Can you tell us if it sounds mostly like a real Dimension D or Dimension C?
I’ve no idea
I prefer the old one. DI, cab sim (Even for bass), phones .... For the same Price une Thomann
But twice as big! I think the small footprint brings some serious value, too
Im selling mine, not what i expected...
It's not a Gamechanger, it's a Crazy Tube Circuits ;)

@@funkingitup1805 It's just an opinion like any other. But you may have a point. Maybe on a fretless.
I second the notion of nobody cares….. plenty of bassists have used delay in songs.

I need to stop watching your videos! I keep wanting to buy pedals, even though I’m already using a Kemper 😱
I dont like this serious melancholic Frank. Bring back Franky Funk Face!
Next week he‘ll slap on a Cali Mini Bass. Hope this will satisfy your funk needs 😉
😂
