I honestly think Endgame Gear coming out with an ergo would be the only thing to knock the Lamzu Thorn off my desk. Would LOVE to see them cook up an ergo shape. Loved the XM1r, but I prefer the X2H for that rear hump ambi shape. OP1 really intrigues me, but I'm scared my 11cm wide hands will cramp like they do with the ZA13 after some time.
I had the OP18K coming from the wider G305 and I returned it due to the cramps from the narrow width. Got the Scyrox V8 after and its way more comfortable with its wider width, no cramp. 17.5/10cm Edit: I also much prefer the lighter switches V8 has compared to OP18K's Kailhs (hotswapped to their lightest variant, but those were still heavier than the Omrons).
I'm using this mouse since release. If it was lighter, it would be 'endgame' for sure ;) But it's still very very good, better than maybe anything else available for those who enjoy the shape
I have never in my life retested a mouse more than this one :D I couldn't believe my eyes at first but then I saw that pzogel from techpowerup had the same results. Must be german engineering I guess.
Hey, I'm looking for a mouse similar to the XM2we but with a more pronounced V-shape, kind of like how you'd hold a pencil in your hand (just as an illustration). I used to play a lot with the Logitech G305, which is why I prefer the V-shape, it really helps with muscle control. After that, I switched to the G Pro Hero, but it was a disaster for me because it felt too bulky and heavy compared to the G305. Then I tried the XM2we, which was an improvement, but it still doesn't feel quite right for me. Do you think the OP1 would come closer to the G305 in terms of shape and comfort? (Relaxed claw grip user)
@@ngoc_anthony yeah I tried it but it's too much hassle and in it's current state it's considered a bit inconsistent. I like numbers but not that much that I'd want to solder wires to the sensor pins :D and so far any clip that I have just don't stay in place when the mouse is moved
owned both, totally diff shapes. hyperlight is like blocky on the sides and lower click height cus of the grooves, op1 shape is like a small xm1 shape but with less curves on the sides. personally id main op1 over hitscan, for me its just a better shape, better build quality, easy to mod/easy to repair, while on the other hand hitscan do have good build quality but the clicks are mediocre, the only selling point of the hitscan is its weight if youre into that.
The most uncomfortable mouse shape I've ever used and I mained weird/unique mice like the Razer Lachesis and Copperhead back in the day. But it's a very high quality mouse and I can see it work for people with thinner palms than mine, probably perfect for women.
shape is king. have the ulx cheetah, viper v3 pro, beast x and maya x and the op1 8k shape was too perfect i got the op1w 4k. havent looked back ever since
mine is creaking like a rusty gate out of the box(frost edition) and its heavy and dense as a brick. pretty much the worst mouse i bought in 2024 and i bought many of them.
@richboii6597 i still cant main this mouse. i wish i got a white cable version instead😓 everything but the clicks is literal china mouse quality plus the weight of a 2022 mouse.
@richboii6597 the retailer here(datablitz) is ghosting me and egg won't RMA it because it wasn't bought directly from them. i tried to sell it for half the price after 1 week but i showed the creaking issue and no one wanted it after. gg endgame gear for making e waste 💁
@@richboii6597 Is it really that heavy though? I just bought a pulsar x2h mini after maining a g303 shroud for 2 years which is 75g. But i think i got a dodgy batch from pulsar, so i bought the op1w4k, the difference between these two mice is 6.5g which would have to be negligible. I hit Ascendant in valorant with a 75g mouse, no way 58g feels like a brick to people

I have the X2H mini, and I prefer the OP1. I have the wired version. Its flat sides help for better grip and micro-adjustments.

yea xm2 8k is the dark translucent plastic and it has a lot of creaking.. but still a great mouse..

genuinely wondering what kinda black magic they are using with the motion latency being the same on all polling rates

waiting for it
5:55 what is that in microseconds?
1ms =1 000 μs
do you have a link for the pad under your keyboard?
Google keebmat!
i hope to see light weight mice with tech like this
Yeah honestly with how small it is the weights worse than the xm2w 4k relatively speaking. They need to get it to 50g flat at least
can you review monka m1 pro max
I wonder how to you measure motion latency ?
Mouse comparator software. Same method as techpowerup.
@jerrorr Have you ever tried motion delay with Xlat where you connect with the sensor pins

Yeah if it suits your hand it's an awesome shape
@@jerrorr yeah that's how it usually works haha

Shape > Weight
The weight balancing is horrid. Yes, i own it
60g??? What in the brick is that 😵💫
was so hype for this mouse but 60g. Sora v2 at 40g so much better

lol that’s the frost versions for you. They really do feel heavy tho and I’m not even a “weight queen.” Lol

the worst part about endgame gear is complete lack of software and macros
