Thanks for filming through the fog of dust just like a war photographer (without the shrapnel). That’s going the extra mile to get the best shot. We enjoy your dedication. Still better than television. 😊
20:28 I mean, in all honesty, the combine is an amazing piece of machinery! If you could take a combine back in time to the 1800's, farmers would be blown away at what is possible nowadays! Thanks for sacrificing your lungs for that shot!
Thanks for a fantastic video with great content Chet!!!!! It was very interesting and enjoyable to watch. You got great yield out of this black bean field. Looks good!!!!!! That little black bean cart looks so small behind that big tractor. Oh my. That cart just looks out of place kindly. Oh well. Thanks for the update on the Apache. Thought it had went back to the owner. Glad you had it too do this last field. Your combines are doing good after your adjustments. Good going brody and chet. that small tip grain cart looks so small in the field. oh well. thanks for everything. you all take care and be safe. The iowa farm boy. steve. 😊👍✅🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
You gotta open your sieve up because your air from your fan can’t blow through your sieve to blow that stuff out. Also, what do you have your Chaffer set on?
Thank you Chet . I really enjoyed this video. Great contents covering a lot of issues. The combine’s looks great. Good luck with it. New harvest. Be safe.🙏🙏🙏
Chet, keep the knowledge and action coming. I enjoy sitting back and watching your videos on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely catchya at the next one. You all stay safe!!
1.) Need to find a place to have a leaf blower on each combine. 2.) This winter, try to find 1/2” larger diameter cylinders for the dump cart. It should solve your lift problem. They look like 36” or 42” stroke cylinders. 3.) Thanks for sharing what you do. This ol’ boy wishes he could participate during harvest.
Yes leaf blowers are awesome to use on combines to clean them off! I have a small Bauer from harbor freight! Works great and doesn’t take up much room!
Chet you are a great example of what being able to get over many of life’s hurdles and still stand tall looks like your a good man Chet don’t let anyone tell you different
Yay Larson Farms!! You guys are always entertaining! I want the videos from the cutting room floor! God bless- I hope it’s a better harvest than expected!? ❤❤❤❤
Hey Chet, Know you have problems with the dump cart. Kinze made a cart with a conveyor auger. Dont know if thats an option but just wanted to see if it helps
We have had air deflector for 3 years and works great. Made my own before that for 2 years and was plugging up with trash so bought that style with no issues. Good product.
That morning Brody look... Chet and everyone else are so busy...it's harvest time! I can't believe there's so much Red and Green, I thought you were with Team Green (i.e. Deere).
My last 10 years here in Michigan we have never flushed our hoses out we use are we Plumb an air fitting for a tire into the valve and we flush it with air no antifreeze required
Chet, why don't you fella's give Canola a try? I know the seed is extremely expensive but, would possibly be a nice addition to a crop rotation, that or Lintels.
Do you think that dump cart is really helping be more gentle with the black beans vs the grain cart. I assume you’re trying to avoid another trip thru an auger.
I have said it before why aren’t they just dumping directly into the semi’s. In today’s video they sat and waited for that little cart. They cut 76 acres with two machines with 40ft heads it took maybe 3 hours the little time they saved dumping on the go maybe saved themselves a half hour if you don’t take in account the time they sat waiting for the cart. Plus fuel for the quad track pulling that little cart just doesn’t make sense to me.
Only problem with wind bars is no matter how much you adjust them on edible beans on 45 ft Draper head it blows so much dirt in canvas’s and builds up on end rollers and stops them from turning and than you have to take belt off to clean things up that’s on a mc don
You mentioned the glass on that tractor got sandblasted. If you didn’t know you can polish glass would not take everything out but would improve it more then just washing it.
The flipping over the pan is a great idea. I’ve used the pans before never thought about flipping it. Probably in the directions but how ever reads them. Dumb me. 🤯
I wish you would wear safety glasses while looking in spray tanks Chet. My dad died too young from a build up of sprays in his body. But he had an excuse. They didn't have the education we do. Never treat Soil like Dirt.
It’s be interesting to see the logistics between running the Apache & the pull behind. Has the small tank & more frequent stops take more time? Or does it equal out since it can spray a lot faster?
Thanks for filming through the fog of dust just like a war photographer (without the shrapnel). That’s going the extra mile to get the best shot. We enjoy your dedication. Still better than television. 😊
Awesome drone footage Chet, simply amazing

You guys do a great job. Cool video 👍❤️
New bin is huge

Another great video. Keep up with the amazing content which makes them so good. Thanks

7:40 Mind Blown!
May God bless you all with a great harvest and keep you safe!
Magnifique vidéo et le tracteur à chenille et le transbordeur et les moissonneuse batteuse et son bien équipés et bien intéressante 😮😅😊
Glad to see black bean harvest going well. Have a great week and stay safe.
Wish you all a safe harvest.
Thank you that was a great shot You guys are incredible But be safe out there.
Thank you Chet . I really enjoyed this video. Great contents covering a lot of issues. The combine’s looks great. Good luck with it. New harvest. Be safe.🙏🙏🙏
You are a great person, what you shared in this video helped me understand a lot about the area you live in, I really enjoy following you regularly
Chet, keep the knowledge and action coming. I enjoy sitting back and watching your videos on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely catchya at the next one. You all stay safe!!
Great video . Thank you so much
Thanks for the great video
Thanks Chet! Be safe with the rest of harvest.
Thanks again for your time making the video watching from Reno NV
Thanks for sharing, Chet. Be safe. Stay well. :)
I'm looking forward to having some of those in a future Chipotle order.

@@craig121964yea leaf blower cordless battery works just great we uses the cordless ones just keep charged up .
Yep electric leafblower can prevent alot of field fires
Chet you are a great example of what being able to get over many of life’s hurdles and still stand tall looks like your a good man Chet don’t let anyone tell you different
Chet has been lucky in some ways and tragically unlucky in others.
Love the video guys thanks for sharing much love and respect thanks
Great stuff Chet
keep rubbing my eyes - empathic farming
I love Sunday videos
I watched this again and it's still good!
Yay Larson Farms!!
You guys are always entertaining!
I want the videos from the cutting room floor!
God bless- I hope it’s a better harvest than expected!?
❤❤❤❤
Drone shots……AWESOME!! 👋from Texas!
Amazing video, Chet and Larson Farms!!
Seeing those beautiful combines covered with dry bean chaf, parked in that gorgeous shop, makes my anxiety level go up. Be careful guys.
Hey Chet, Know you have problems with the dump cart. Kinze made a cart with a conveyor auger. Dont know if thats an option but just wanted to see if it helps
Thank you for this channel. I did not know the beans had to be killed to harvest or how careful farmers are about cross contamination!!!
We love watching Larson Farms - Chet would you mind sharing what Oakleys you are wearing?
Getting closer to the next episode of Brody Broke It 😂😂😂
Poor Brody.
So can’t wait for that one lol
Sounds like Brody wants to be a custodian. He would just enjoy it so much.
Deere).
Larsen's believe in Red Quad track tractors. They are not in love with the Green Quad at all.
Hope harvest is going well, knowing these videos are a couple weeks back... and I'm seeing this on 10/6
WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE THAT PART ON BRODYS COMBINE HAS MADE IN THE BACK!!!! That is impressive.
I enjoy watching your videos. Hope you still are giving dougo a hard time about the marker arm. Keep up the good work!
Have you looked into a seed cleaner that would help clean you seed and get a better quality and price
Here comes Eric in his little red wagon😅😂🤣
Chet what oakleys do you have ?
Awesome video guys. 🚜🚜🚜
Liquid AMS works just fine. You have to use enough of it to work though, and by the time you use the correct rate, its expensive.
Do they not make some sort of conveyer-based grain cart that would be better for the beans but still not require the tipping trailer?
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEOCh Chet❤😊
You reminded me when I as a young in the 60s thrashing and being so it itchy.
Don’t worry about that ohms stuff Chet. It’s part of a complicated magic smoke formula
Chet that new grain bin looks Awesome well done
Get a Richard ton. Yah once you start dumping keep going. It works for grain and sugarbeets!
My last 10 years here in Michigan we have never flushed our hoses out we use are we Plumb an air fitting for a tire into the valve and we flush it with air no antifreeze required
Great job of ordering just enough ams
Love it
Chet, why don't you fella's give Canola a try? I know the seed is extremely expensive but, would possibly be a nice addition to a crop rotation, that or Lintels.
great video
Watching Larson farms videos is the best thing for the day. Love the content. Keep up the great work........
need an extension on the grain cart shoot
Best thing on tv today! Dougo for President!
Hey that would be a good T-Shirt for the channel, bring it!
How’s Brodies tints going
After running a self-propelled sprayer, would you consider going that route in the future?
That 1' water tap will be sweet to refill those tanks.
What are you replacing the 8RT’s with now that the leases are over?
Perhaps a couple of 8RX’s?? 🤙🏼
Had to get a little extra Apache photo op for the extra time i see

Story of my life always bigger on the other feild😊
Get stronger rams for the grain cart so you can fill it and dump
I was running 350 wide open
Only problem with wind bars is no matter how much you adjust them on edible beans on 45 ft Draper head it blows so much dirt in canvas’s and builds up on end rollers and stops them from turning and than you have to take belt off to clean things up that’s on a mc don
13:52 were those sugar beets in the field next to you?
Ohm is a measure of resistance in a circuit
Just great wholesome content.
Have you looked into a silage dump wagon for black beans, they are a higher profile wagon we dump in tandems with them no issues
Try some sweet corn next year. Be safe and have a great harvest
You mentioned the glass on that tractor got sandblasted. If you didn’t know you can polish glass would not take everything out but would improve it more then just washing it.
Ohms are measured in resistance think of it as how smoothly water runs through a pipe but with electricity.
Are you sure your sieve on zero. Have you watched it while adjusting it to see if it's calibrated to the potentiometer?
Time for some more red Chet
The flipping over the pan is a great idea. I’ve used the pans before never thought about flipping it.
Probably in the directions but how ever reads them.
Dumb me. 🤯
What if you put bigger rams the the cart
I havnt been able to keep up with all the videos anyone know why they got rid of the chaserbin/grain cart
They didn’t. They bought the dump cart for edible beans because the augers in a grain cart cause too much damage
Yinz gonna have to Re-Shoot the Arial Intro with the new Silo and whatnotz .....
why are the combines stored with the auger out?
What is Brodies level in powerwasher simulator!
Is it still too wet to run the semi trucks next to the combine to unload directly into the truck instead of using the cart.
Aaaachoooo!
Ok🇺🇸🐸hollow farm Quinton NJ⭐️
I wish you would wear safety glasses while looking in spray tanks Chet.
My dad died too young from a build up of sprays in his body.
But he had an excuse. They didn't have the education we do.
Never treat Soil like Dirt.
Anyone on a farm knowns the dusty feeling at 20:40 in the video. Chet took one for the team. My allergies felt it through the iPad.
Here's to you "Big Sweed"
I knew it was an ECU problem, 9 times out of 10 when a newer piece of machinery blows that many codes at once.
It’s be interesting to see the logistics between running the Apache & the pull behind. Has the small tank & more frequent stops take more time? Or does it equal out since it can spray a lot faster?
Brody said it was faster even with the small tank requiring so many more fills.
ECU - I can troubleshoot over YT! :)
Sounds like john deer and paccar uses the same wiring harness producer’s you can’t keep them running ether
I would open up the concave slow the rotor and up the fan speed and close the sieve a smidge
Why the small cart? Prevent splitting?
