I think should be working fine with that setup for 4K

I work in Cyber security. I work mostly on multiple vmwares, watching video while taking notes in obsidian , purely planning to get this monitor for productivity use. You think this monitor would be good for the use?
Planned to buy this first and then maybe add secondary monitor

Having a large monitor for productivity is good, however, you have to remember this is a gaming monitor.
For purchase, do look out on e-commerce sites too as sometimes they offer amazing savings

@@kisharnramadas8727It is effective for productivity but monitors with high refresh rates & response times are “gaming monitors” because they help with competitive gaming, but this monitor can be used for anything.
Update your monitor to latest firmware, hdr performance on latest firmware is better
The gaming monitor is on loan so it is better not to do anything to it. But, thanks for the update!

Run monitor colour space setting as
sRGB mode, HDR movie mode. You get brilliant HDR monitor display on g3223q.
I read a review that said that the newest firmware update ruined the monitor quality so I am scared to even try considering Dell doesn't have original firmware files

I would have to say go for Nvidia RTX 40 series if you want to play games with Ray Tracing
The 7900 XTX goes well with this monitor
Will a regular RTX 3060 be good for this monitor? That is the one i have now and can't afford to get an upgrade,prefer to invest on a monitor then when i can upgrade my card although i just got it like less than 6 months ago,cheers and good video.

I bought it (Singapore), same supplier from Penang and connected it to Xbox X and... NO SOUND! Only through headset thro 3.5 jack... but no sound from monitor at all! :(((
Ok, I think the monitor don't have any built-in speaker as they offer a 3.5mm headphone jack.
My test was using my laptop speakers as per mentioned in the video. I was spending more than 15+ mins to configure the audio option but still no audio.

Monitors do not come with built in speakers. They're Monitors, not tvs.

@@TrendGrnd yeah,the 32 inch 4k 144hz the cheaper one is gigabyte m32u but this less rm840 its very good deal,and this is new model 2022 i think i'm the lucky guy

Bought it from shopee for 2699 too. Price from dell official is similar too. They give discount for this model now. Better grab it before it end.

Appreciate your comment but the review was meant to be a real experience from out of the box, setup to using it.
I never said my review and content is going to be greatest but at least some consumers can have an actual videos to know what they are getting from their hard earned money

It's matte so less glare and reflection
