    The older lady motivates me to doing this video. She’s around the same age and shape as I am. If she can push herself so can I! I hate that this video cuts off at the end. Can you make more using the older lady. I’ll tell how it goes. Thank you

      I tried doing it yesterday and I could only do 10 mins. I’m doing it again today. So out of shape uggh.

      Everyone chooses their own level based off fitness level. We all weigh different so lower it down to fit your needs. It's the exercises chosen that make this beginner not the level.

      This was a live video so my wifi went out on the end of it! HAHA! We finished with 3 sets of 25 ab crunches. Hope that helps!

    you have 3 different tgyms do you find them pretty similiar.I have the costco xforce is that more like Pams?
