I am impressed with these exercises. They cover so much about the legs and abs. Also, they can be done with a lower rep. count for beginners which makes them doable with room to improve.
I don't know if you are still doing workout videos, but, for me, you are the best because you do a complete set instead of showing how to do an excersise and moving on immediately to another exercise. I don't have to pause and rewind continuously. I would love to see more videos of yours. I have osteoarthritis in my left hip so can't do all the excersise for my legs, but I can improvise! Anyway, I'd love to see more from you. Thanks for doing the videos!

I am almost 61 and have had double knee replacements, but I believe I could do most of this...although I might have to work up to some of it. Hi Cassandra, I feel like I know you. I have been following along with a lot of your great well instructed videos. Thankyou for all your great moves and advice to make use of the Total Gym. I still have many to go as I repeat one that I can do till I feel stronger. Mostly the Total Gym is helping my mind become stronger as my body gets stronger as I have had no confidence in myself for the last 3.5 years or so was very reclusive and haven't been physically confident in doing time with other people. I am getting a lot better nowadays and feel more at ease to be out in the world. So it was my mind that needed my Total Gym and it has exceeded my expectations as to how I have been doing to be myself again and not a reclusive person. I now have less fear in my body that needed to be healed. I am always looking forward to my time with you on Total Gym and have been inspired by your excellent results and commitment to more people everywhere to join you. See you again soon Bec

I have the Ultima ( which came with all those accessories: Abs, wings, pull up, and the plate squat, i just bought that squat accessory on Amazon for $69. since the Virus is going around I'm hoping to see results by December, especially my gut. thanks for sharing...

Hi, thank you for your videos. I am just getting started. I can do most of the exercises ok but I cannot get my back off the board when doing crunches and I can barely do a plank. What can I do to work my way up to being able to do these things?
Are them exercising helping me lose my stomach fat to. While they making my muscles in my stomach tight. Now I know my legs hurting what is the weight doing when you do it what the meaning of that

I am 6 foot and 158 pounds...how strong is this thing once you begin "jumping'" on it? especially if you put it to a higher level? will it hold at honestly the leg stuff is the most attractive aspect of the total gym to me....also what is that squat stand is that standard? other videos I have seen have a smaller stand....thanks.
Hey there! The XLS is the model in this video now I also own the FIT. The XLS holds 400# The FIT holds 450# The squat stand that comes with the model is small and not my favorite.
