I had my first go at this video today. I had to pause a couple of times. Those hamstrings and triceps workouts are a killer! But I know variety is great so I'm slowly going through all the other Total Gym workouts as I find them on UA-cam. I'm so much fitter than I was 18 months ago. Thanks Rosalie!
Great workout! I just got my total gym and was looking for a full body program. This is perfect. As I get accustomed to using the TG I will get more proficient in doing the moves. I am age 72, and feel like the total gym will help me stay functionally fit. Also, I love your coaching style. Thanks, Rosalie!
I was looking for a short workout that I could do before work in the morning. This was perfect it was amazing I cannot believe how good I feel after such a short workout 🏋️
This is a great technique. I have a limited amount of free/plate weights in addition to my Totalgym FIT and needed to challenge my muscles. I briefly tried this with pull ups today and could really feel the muscles engaging. I’ll be ready to GO at my next workout session. Thanks, Rosalie!

In this video it doesn't look like the under cord is detached. Rosalie is there a rule for this.
