By watching this I noticed a few things. Me and my partner who often play hunt together do alot of these things already but a little different. And those little things we did different made us fail alot after a few kills. We tried one match together after watching this and we still lost. However we played so much better. Because of these tips we do the same thing but this time the right way, without to many mistakes. Now its up to practicing a bit more on the aim😅 Great stuff and keep up these guides. They help alot.
Great guide. Hunt is a game about prediction and using the information you can gather from sounds and events to get an advantage. Some of your tips are to manipulate the info that is given to set up traps and ambushes. This is so true, great players do these things all the time. Plus it is such a rewarding kill to bait a team and get a clean kill like that. Hunt is a mind game at higher levels imo.
The "Boss Baiting" tactic is really useful, won against some Trios with this. Though this is really risky, if the teammate outside is killed, the one fighting the boss is pretty much screwed. Overall, nice vid mate, pretty useful.
My team tactics are me and my bomb lance with a few concertina bombs and backed up with decoys I usually get both bosses within about the first 10 mins if get into ear shot of hunters use fanning with good old caldwell with dum dums perfect gorilla tactics 😀👍👌
@@sentionaut6270 I don't disconnect neither does that American I play with, we typically don't find many people camping with "OP" shotguns that can't be dealt with either so, probably just a skill level thing on your end buddy
Sentionaut just cause you get shit on don’t mean you gotta try and ruin shit for other players. a shotgun isn’t “OP” a shotgun is a shotgun lethal up to 30 feet in real life and any other range farther will still be a hard hitter. And this is coming from someone who 90% of the time uses a Sniper in the game.
You should get it. Its easy to learn, fun to play but hard to master It takes a long while. And mistakes wich are made are pretty much unforgiving, but thats what makes you pay alot of attention into this game and makes you willing to learn from mistakes. Having a good partner helps alot, tell your friends about the game. We can use more community for this game.
Orientation. My youngest has the problem of saying "over there". So yesterday I yelled at him about where "over there" was for almost a minute till he FINALLY pinged it. I moved in and promptly got killed because they were no longer "over there."
Got 300+hrs and have to say that the most misstakes that people are doing are: - Cuddle together with your partner - Making hugh amount of noise - Be to much in tunnel focus When playing Hunt and anyone has seen somebody they focus most of the time just that one team. Instead you have to watch the area around you. I`ve seen and killed many poeople that stand right in front of me just cause they are in "tunnelvisioN" focusing only the one target they have seen.... Also cuddle with your mate is never a good idea. Sometimes it has to be but most of the time keep distance and try to cover your partners back while taking another route than he/she is going to take (e.g. try to get throu another entry while having your partner in sight).
Sloppy Joe this is what I’m finding when I’m matchmaking with new players. I’ve only just got to the point where I’d say in competent/adequate at the game and find your points to be spot on. I even try to give them advice on mic but it rarely helps. I find the cuddling especially annoying, and making so much noise has got me killed multiple times now. I realise why higher level players were leaving the group when matchmaking when I was a new player.. I was frustrated but now I realise why. I still match with with new players though and try and give them tips etc, but at the same time I don’t want to ruin their game haha
Speaking of tactics, I'd like to mention the Chaos bomb. Throw it inside a boss lair and wait for them camping bastards take the bait and choke on it. Or while defending your kill, place it near one enter to the boss room and welcome guests at the other. It sticks to surfaces, so I recommend sticking it to ceiling so the enemy had a hard time realizing they've been had. Also, since Hell Fire bombs were priced 50$ a piece, people started using lots of Flash Bangs (15$). So my advice is, when you and your enemy have info on your position, find hard cover, so you could observe his position while seeing as little ground as possible. Especially when under siege. One well placed flash can turn you and your partner into blind kittens for 10 or more seconds, meaning certain death. And here's the most universal advice in general. No matter how experienced a hunter is, there's always a moment when he lets all of his guard down and becomes the most vulnerable target himself. It's the moment when he goes for the sure kill. [Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer]
All of these tactics are a bit moot given the number of people cheating in the game at the moment. Fighting against someone who is invulnerable and can teleport really isnt fun.

I don't even play Hunt and the videos are still enjoyable. Damn, they make me want to buy the game.
Definitely worth it!

Are you not in proximity chat? If you’re using communications outside of the game isn’t that cheating?
Haha, not at all. Proxy chat is used for talking to enemies or random teammates, all pre made teams chat on discord
