Sidenote to those who think the romero handcannon is bad, you should consider its rock bottom price tag. Going into a hunt, being extremely patient, you can net yourself some high tier loot by simply staying on the outskirts of a fight, waiting for someone to win, then stealthily put one in the back of their spine. I’ve found myself huge success walking in with nothing but a romero, and walking out with a mosin and a dolch. And if you die, so what? Its around 20 hunt dollars. Easily the highest reward to risk ratio weapon in the game.
Great vid! Only mis information is that shotguns have random pellet spread. This was changed with the shotgun buff a while back, it’s a set pattern no matter what. Test it on a wall :) You do a great job show casing the strengths of weapons, and will definitely help with all the new players joining!
This video is really good and I'm not even play this game. From my experience, knowing your weapons strength and weakness will help you gain the advantage against enemies in most shooter games.
@@4FSGaming Well to be fair the Winfield is also currently the most useless weapon ingame due to the ridiculous 1.0 nerf to its rate of fire. A ridiculous nerf that didn't make any sense from either a balance or realism POV (e.g. the Nagant Carbine shoots way faster and has practically the same dmg & effective range as the 6.0 Winfield, so the usual HS spam excuse was pure BS) A very sad thing that the most iconic weapon of the period & place this game takes place in is now one of the worst in the game.
I have a question. Perhaps you guys could help me out with that. What is the purpose of the short version rifles like the mosin obrez? Is there any strength on them?
3:20. you say that, but most of the people i am killed by are capable of snapping a quick headshot from a considerable distance. i remember being killed this way 3 times, in 3 different matches, by the same guy on the same day. he snapped a quick head shot with the obrez from over 80 meters.
Worth mentioning that the sparks variants have a pretty tight hip-fire pattern for a long rifle compared to most games. Sometimes it's worth going for a quick hit if you get attacked in close quarters then finishing them off with your sidearm or a Derringer.
finally the romero handcannon getting some love! I use this weapon all the time with a compact mosin and 95% of my kills come from it since people are almost never afraid to approach me in close range after hearing the mosin shots lol
I'd like a video like this on the specters. I feel like they're the worst shotguns in the game. I get the worst RNG with their spread and it takes so long to pump them that if you don't kill the guy with the first round, then you're probably dead.
Specters have the best shotgun spread in the whole game next to the Romero (atleast the stock version does) The only difference between the 2 guns is the individual pellets of the specter do less damaged than the romeros, making the gun more forgiving if you miss some of your pellets
Why Romero handcannon allow for a one shot kill if its damage is 140? It’s the same with Caldwell rival handcannon. I got killed with it with a single shot on full health at least once and it was not death through the bleeding
Haha, I was way over the river when he went down, and we were a duo, no way I was pushing a 5 man fight over water with devils by myself unless my partner was burning. If it makes you feel any better I gave you an extra kill by picking him up.
tip for 00:10:17 you can stop bleeding immediatly by using the healing shot. its a life-saving shortcut in some situations :) Edit: doesnt work with bandages

Just saying, each map is 1 km × 1 km. You can figure out distances pretty easily once you get a 10 × 10 grid on top of the map

I got one over 250m from Blanchett top of tower to Pitching. Headshot sound but no death heheh. Manged to get the follow up and kill hiim too.

Cause it says 140dmg at 10m range. But if you are closer then 10m, a shotgun is doing more dmg!
Wouldn't it be in case you get a pellet in the head?
The problem with the handcannon is that they aren't using 2 of them.

You have to earn xp with the flare, so use it to burn or punch enemies

Not sure what you mean here, there are only 3 states to aim your weapon, either it is down, readied in hip fire position, or fully scoped in.
