Hey Tammy, my husband is diabetic so I just made these today and I omitted the sugar and didn’t do the topping, he loved them, I poured melted butter on top and he was so thankful for the omissions, thanks for sharing the recipe. ( I added cinnamon sugar on top of mine with the butter). 😊

I'm a little weird. I break the muffins in half, eat the bottom part first, then eat the top (streusel part) last. Yummy

I have been told many times that I’m weird because I don’t like bananas lol. My favorite go to muffin is a good steaming blueberry muffin. I could eat my weight in them. Thank you for sharing!! I'm a till very new subscriber on yiur channel. Saw 2 videos now so far. I like banana muffins without nuts but I would still make the streusel. I use butter on sll my muffins warm, hot or cold

Yum, I love banana bread so I know I am going to love these, just have to look up the ratio to make self rising flour, we don't have that where I am. I keep bananas in the freezer at all times so I am ready to go, thanks.
Love the time lapse! I like using my pie dough blender, horseshoe shaped to mix the topping. It breaks up the nuts too!
I add a tad bit of organic plant butter on mine while warm. Tammy 👍

Hi Tammy if I only have regular flour, not self rising flour what else do I need to add to the recipe.i would really like to make these now,I dont no if you send a reply to questions, I think I may have to add baking powder or baking soda ,but how much is the question?
You can add baking powder and salt ,.. for all- purpose flour... You can Google it up the measurement..

You can, we did not like it as much as the regular monkfruit sugar though

I'm used to making bread with active dry yeast butt, all I can find in Sam's club or anywhere else is, rapid yeast how do you who do you does that work the same way?
Rapid can be refrigerated and baked later. It will rise twice.

What can I use the topping on??
Put it in a freezer bag and use it on banana bread or muffins.

Did you know that if you flip your cooling rack over, it elevates the rack so air can flow 🌬 under what you are cooling? Otherwise, your cookies, muffins, cakes , pies, or whatever is literally sitting on your countertop and will sweat some 😥. Great recipe and I have 3 bananas!!🍌🍌🍌. Thanks!! 👍❤😎🇨🇱🇨🇱
