Those people who don't have time to go to the gym can buy dumbbells of appropriate weight and persue strength training in their house also one can use his or her own body weight and do exercise such as stairs climbing to strengthen muscles of their legs.I do both things regularly and improving my muscles.I am 69 years old and a diabetic.I also meditate and do Surya namaskar regularly in the morning.After retirement there's so much time in your hands and you can persue your hobbies unhindered.yes muscle building is my hobby.My height is 5.6" and weight is 64 kgs.Thank you Siddharth for all your videos.I gained lots of knowledge about nutrition and exercise.

Sir I am following you and based of whatever I have learnt from you I have implemented that in my life and I can see results too ( related to muscle building) . I have never consumed Omega 3 supplements before and fish is also not in my diet ( eggs & chicken hai diet me ). So if I'll start taking these supplements so should I start with 2 capsules right from day 1 or should start with 1 capsule and then gradually take it to 2 capsules. I have seen your previous videos explaining the triple strength ( more than 1 gms per day atleast ) still I want to confirm it with you sir.
