i was smoker for last 12 years then someone told me to read book " allen kerr easy way to stop smoking" with in 3 days i have quited my 12 year addiction with in 3 days and believe me after getting out of that chain my life change completely so to all identify your addcition and leave it believe me itss easy ..
I am the one with low self-esteem and find dopamine by achieving high scores in video games but now it's almost a year,and I just replace my habit with gym And now I find dopamine by lifting weights 😌 In short I totally agree.
