    I've personally quit porn, social media and other unhealthy habits and I feel so much better now. Thoda fomo hota h but it allows me to stay present in the moment and talk to ppl and stuff.

    i was smoker for last 12 years then someone told me to read book " allen kerr easy way to stop smoking" with in 3 days i have quited my 12 year addiction with in 3 days and believe me after getting out of that chain my life change completely so to all identify your addcition and leave it believe me itss easy ..

    I am the one with low self-esteem and find dopamine by achieving high scores in video games but now it's almost a year,and I just replace my habit with gym
    And now I find dopamine by lifting weights 😌

    Yes I feel it when I play endless rounds of mobile game that it’s controlling me, my time ,energy. And I feel like an addict but I delete them and after 2-3 months same cycle repeats when I have not much interesting going on in my life.
