    Height - 5'8"
    Started at age 19 at 44kg
    I'm 28 now(will be 29 in 2 months) and I'm at 72.8kg at the same lean-ness after training for 10 years.
    I think I still have a good 6-8kg to put on since my back and legs are still consistently growing well.

    My body weight: 100.8kgs
    Height: 180cm
    Body fat%: 30.8%
    My FFM: 69.75kgs
    My FFMI: 21.53
    I belong to “good category”
    But i can surely say I have a 5-6 months only serious training. I have ~31% body fat. But one can say it when they meet me cause i have (kind of) bulky gym body. One can see me as a gym goer but in my eyes, i’m always that chubby kid that thought having fit body will always be a dream for me

    Currently my FMMI is 19 .
    It's been close to 2 years since I started lifting .
    I always knew if i gain 4-5 kgs of muscle from here i will start looking very decent and this calculation is Bang on this is what it is telling .

    Bhai aapke videos dekhke maine 2 mahino me 6 kilo weight loss kiya. Pahle pushups ek bhi muskil se hota tha. Ab 15 ho jate hai. Aur sirf do mahino me hi I started feeling good about my body.

    i calculated my ffmi height is 6'1" weight is 95kg and body fat percent is 24% and ffmi is 21.6 and the laughable thing is all i do is my farm work never hit gym and never did exercise other than workin in field and that is weird i got above average ffmi

    How is my FFMI 22 when i just trained in 2012-13 for a little more than a year ,that to just full body and cardio ,you said it takes years to achive this (its 2024 now and i am fat af ,like 29
    % BF)

    me and my friend started going gym and it been 2 years now he was skinny but taller then me probabbly 5 10 and my height is 172cm and weight was 98kg at that time he took mass gainers after 3months of regular gym and he got bigger and went from 56 kg to 80kg in 1 year on the other side i loose 18kg and i droped down from 98 to 80 kg and i was jacked and got 6 pack abs veins on my arms but my strenth was not good as it used o be and then we got influenced by powerlifters they were lifting heavy deadlifts n all and i looked very facinating to me and we decided to add deadlifts in our workout plans and other things like lifting heavy and getting our form right and due to our interest in powerlifting we didnt care what we are eating and i gain 5kgs in a month but my deadlift reached 180kg and squat 170kg and bench 115 but he didnt put any weight and still he was pulling 160kg of deadlift and bench 85kg and squat 130kg but now he is at same weight 82 kg got fat around belly looking same as he as after taking gainers but now i am 93kg with flat belly and my lifts are way biiger then him i can dead 270kg bench 135kg and squat 220kgs and my bodyfat% is around 15 to 17 because my abs are visible

      Your bodyfat is higher than 50% for sure. At 155kg weight you come in morbidly obese category even for your height. You are highly underestimating your bodyfat %.

    Hey, i weigh 82kgs, 20-22% bodyfat according to measurements from a weighing scale. I'm 1.77m in height so my FFMI comes almost as 21. I've been training for 6 months now, proper protein... decent sleep and doing intense training 6 days a week with less over-all sets(6-10) per muscle...i did overtrain i believe for some months(over 12 sets)....but i didn't see any significant newbie gains....i was in calorie deficit to lose fat but still i thought I'll get at least some significant gain.
    Since my FFMI is 21 and i know i had very good strength and quite good muscle before training already.... could this be a reason that I'm not seeing any significant gains? Is it that i have already had my newbie gains? Since they only last for a year or two...and my FFMI is already on par with someone who has trained more than 2 years... please answer, i have been trying to fix my diet and increase my protein intake from 100 to 130 gms now
