저는 대구 사람인데, 장사의 신 채널에서 영상보고 너무 궁금해서 서울 올라갈일 있을때 일부러 한번 먹으러 가봤거든요. 성균관대 바로 옆에 있는데... 패티 육즙이 장난아닙니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 한정수량이라 트리플벅 못 먹어본게 아쉽네요. 제가 먹었던건 더블벅... 맛있긴 진짜 맛있어요~

If i can afford to come in korea in this life i would enjoy you so damn tasty food, your way of making any type of food is just amazing
It looks .. ok. There is room for improvement. Try to grease the grill with some butter, that will make the patties more juicy and the buns more crispy & don’t forget to add salt and pepper to them before you smash them. Also, you can keep the onion fresh and ad it on top of the patties before smashing. Don’t use the burner to melt the cheese, it gives it an odd taste, just find a tray large enough to cover the patties for 5 minutes after you put the cheese on them and let it like that on small heat. It will be tastier. Hope that this will help you improve your recipe! ❤
Looks great, here's a few tips.
Add butter to buns before tossing on the grill, helps toast them better.
Chopsticks work wonders for adding the onions.
Add a bit of dill to the sauce to give an extra pop that wouldn't be expected.

Koreans are some of the cleanest people I know. I know this video over did it with the cleanliness but it’s not too far off from how they actually take care of their kitchens. Japanese as well. Never gone to China but have been told to be careful with where I eat as sanitation is not the best .

@@user-bc5cw8ky8n Mostly places have their own way of making burgers, but they are all generally pretty good. The ones in this video pretty high quality though. I doubt the average burger would be as good. My local Wendy's might be better, but I couldn't know that as a fact. Homemade, by me anyway (can't speak for everyone), I know is better: the extra steps the cook in the video does, to add more flavor is great; even surpassing many places in the US, but a home-cooks can even further when making cheese burgers, but you can't expect a business that needs to output volume to use so much extra time on cooking techniques.
