Here's a tip: get a bun supplier that cuts buns all the way through and doesn't wrap each bun in plastic - saves you a lot of time & earth from all that plastic waste!

We have What A Burger here in Texas. It's pretty good. ...but What The Burger may have it beat. I like that all the ingredients are fresh (not frozen), and I swear I could smell the grilled onions. Yesss!

Why over cook the beef and leave the pork half raw?
The bacon isn't raw, you're just used to it "crispy" being considered cooked. The bacon was cooked
Smash burgers are purposely made thin to get a super crispy outside, a ton of small burger joints do it especially in the US, so it's not overcooked, and is still super juicy when you bite into it!
Flavor
Korean Bacon isn't smoked or cured so it's just regular pork belly that they seared to bring out the natural flavor. That is if its actually what I think it is lol.
@Crimson Outdoors Co. Korean bacon is neither cured nor smoked but that's besides the point. Unlike other cured meats bacon in fact needs to be cooked. Stop being silly.

Yes bun by far the weakest component of the whole dish. Cant really hold businesses back for not making buns themselves, but in this one you could really tell the commercial shortcut did not have the same quality as the rest of the meal. Also don't toast the top of the bun, that is the one spot you don't want to feel greasy while you eat the rest of the greasy combination inside.
My problem with the bun is that every single one is packed in plastic thats just dumb af, also the meat preperation had alao plastic sheets involved
