- The Bee Gees on Parkinson, 2001. They sang Jive Talkin' before the interview and This Is Where I Came In after. At the end of the show they sang and dedicated How Deep Is Your Love to Parky's other guest for the evening, Sir John Mills.
Due to problems with copyright, I've removed all of the songs.
I hope you enjoy this rapid-fire interview; I loved it! - Розваги

RIP Robin Gibb (December 22, 1949 - May 20, 2012), aged 62
You will be remembered as legends.
Thank you Wikipedia
We'll all meet again dear boys..in the presences of our dear Savior Jesus Christ..how often have you noticed Barry's cross around his beck ...he knows where he's going❤
Believe me we'll see each other there.
Yes. They were such an incredible group. I grew up with these guys. One of my favorite groups of all time. Boy, do i miss Maurice and Robin Gibb. I'm sure Barry has gone through a lot of pain due to so much loss over his brothers. I'm glad he has God to help him. The 70's and 80's were the best times to grow up. I wish i could return to that time period. So much more normal than now. 🎤🎸🎶🎹 🙏✝️🕊
@jackspry9736 You forgot Andy !!
Well, Maurice was sober his last 12 years of his life, that's quite a long time ...! Yes, thank God we have UA-cam :) !
I will always love the BeeGees!!! I grew up listening to them. I understand their frustration over being treated so badly by the media's being critical of their music and labeling them as only disco producing artists. They were so much more!!! They were (Barry still is) brilliantly talented songwriters and producers. They were also handsome and remarkable men, husbands and fathers. They gave us songs that will last forever. I love their beautiful sense of humor and their laughter is so delightful. I love watching their interviews and getting to know them. The BeeGees will live on through their music and generations to come will be blessed by it. My favorite song is "Alone." It touches my soul. ❤❤❤
One of the loveliest things in this world is Barrys laughter!
Katariina Vainio yes he does have a great laugh
Yes i thought im the only one who noticed barry if laughs
I agree ☝️
Barry's giggles are so adorable...it's the little boy in the man...I love how his brothers were always goofing on him and he'd just giggle away...they had so much fun...heartbreak...share Heartbraker...three brothers all together on another demention hopefully thrilling fans in the heavens.
Aye!!!!!
Maurice will be forever so very handsome and in his fifty’s. Whoever would have believed that Mo’s death would be the end of The Bee Gees. How very very much they are missed🙏🙏❤️
Yes💕
* Just goes to show how MO was the glue that held them together. I adored Robin but after Mo passed it seemed Robin could not get over him being gone, it's strange they spent 9 months sharing a womb and Ribin passed 9 years after Maurice, gosh I miss our Bee Gees*
It wasn't necessarily Mo's death that ended the Bee Gees, but the final straw for Barry was Robin desecrating Andy's song, Wish You Were Here. Robin rewrote it & removed parts that were added for Andy, then put it on his 2002 Magnet album, without Barry & Mo knowing. When it was released 2 wks after Mo died & Barry saw what he'd done, that was it for Barry. Of the hundreds of Bee Gees songs to put on an album, Robin chose two. And one of those was Andy's song, a song Barry & Mo referred to as "a sacred object" it meant so much to them. Apparently it meant nothing to Robin, as he did it behind their backs.😡🤬😡
I smiled through this whole interview. The three of them are hilarious! They are so honest and down to earth. Just love them.
They will never be another group born on this Earth,to ever touch these Brothers. And Robin, the Best, of the Best, God Bless you Barry.
@@lindaday8573 Nope. And they were a band of brothers that so many of us fell in love with their personalities, as well as their beautiful music and voices!!😘
What more can I say about these brothers, Barry, Maurice and Robin are really entertaining and down to earth human beings. No ego what so ever!! Rip to the twins as well as Andy.

Loved the dig at Clive Anderson in the opening minute !
This guys have never loose their teenage spirit and that make them so charismatic and help them to stay in the music top for so long time
Beegees were all handsome as they grow old🤗🤗🤗...very down to earth& very gracious to their fans🤗🤗🤗
The bond they have together as brothers is just amazing.
No wonder their music was so good. Robin is quiet but so quick witted.
Aww Barry is still so nice looking. They're all so sweet and real. What a beautiful smile Mo had. Sad they're not here now (Mo, Robin and Andy)
Maurice was a very good looking man, loved them all. RIP Andy, Maurice and Robin. Gone to soon. Rest well sweet brothers.

I agree with you they were gone too soon 😩😒💗💕❤️😢😥😪😭
This is what a real interview looks like Clive Anderson take note . Smooth and respectful . Love the bee gees such a shame 😻
I love watching all of their interviews. They're a bunch of comedians.
How many homosexual jokes did Maurice do? Ricky Martin 'funny walk' 10 years before ricky 'came out'. Bee Gees = Brilliant Gmusicians.
Love Maurice smile in this interview he is so handsome and love his personality all of them are handsome and talented love the Bee Gees a forever fan Maurice and Robin u are greatly missed still listening to their music it's January 7th 2021
I love this interview. So sad that Maurice and Robin are gone to soon, they were so funny and had such amazing talent. Love them.
Deborah McGath, I know it's so sad 😭 that they were gone too soon and I wish Robin and Maurice would have lived as long as Barry and Barry would still live a long time but the twin brothers would live as long as Barry Did too and wouldn't have Died so soon
Really great. They all have a great laugh. And a great sense of humor. Terrific interview.
I know it is sad 😪😩😪😢😭💔💕💘🥰 We can only hope they will be saved and get right with God on judgment day rather than making up their religion and put away what they call their idols because God said thou shalt have no other Gods before me for he is a jealous God and also I heard a say that says when we invite God into our life we can't have the furniture the way we want it and it is true to an extent and everything the Bible says is true
Three good musicians on their own but together they are absolute genius.
Exatamente ❤❤❤
They are gifted, authentic, talented, unique charming, humble good looking. They will always be remembered forever and remembered. They write songs for other artists Celine Dion, Diana Ross, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Barbara Streisand, Elton John more...Their parents did a great job to these boys.
So entertaining! Love to hear their giggles.
There will always have a place in my heart for the Bee Gees
Barry, you're brilliant. the world loves you.
Parkinson is a great interviewer, allowing his guests to speak. Love the guy and love the Bee Gees.
I will always love the Bee Gees for their thruthfulness, strong brotherhood and plainness. No show or masquerade.
Angela Carabott you need to find out more about them,,,,robin???
theconman....maybe you need to find out more about them. Do you really think everything was Robin's fault?
The Bee Gees were brothers and as brothers it is not up to me to point out my finger on who's fault it was when they argued! I love Bee Gees and the ir music , now the legacy they left for us fans.
I agree Angela, and although they may have had their moments, there was a lot of love between these brothers.
Not only did they perfectly balance each other's voices, but it seems like they perfectly balance each other's humor as well! Watching these videos with the three of them together has made me realize this. Watching interviews with just Barry and Robin or just Barry by himself just isn't the same as when they're all together!
gman24310 I agree. I also think they could’ve done standup comedy successfully!
They always complemented each other.
Robin could do imitations Really Well!!
Years ago someone posted Robin doing an imitation of a Mob-boss talking to Barry! Funnnnny!!!😂 And he had Barry in fricking Stitches and waving at him to please STOP!!😉LOL.
They completed each other. 🎶🕺🕺🕺🎸
They were my favorite group growing up. My favorite songs and influences were inspired by the BeeGees . They are real, down to earth and have the greatest chemistry between them. Barry has the greatest giggle. I am truly sorry that Mo and Robin are gone so soon. Since their passing so much information and history has come out about the BeeGees, I would have liked to have known all this sooner, as many people would. It enhances their legacy. Hopefully Barry will be around for awhile.
I know I like them too and wish they were Alive forever and never Died 😢😩😭😔💕❤️
and wish Death wasn't even a thing
It hurts that they died young, gone too soon! 💔
I love Barry’s giggle.
Love their interviews, especially when they're as relaxed as this. They were so much fun together.
This is one of their best! Thanks to the host.
This was a joy to watch. They all seem like really nice guys.
The Bee Gees were sent by God himself to this planet !
HOW TRUE
They said that it was their destiny, obviously Angels from heaven, and such ever lasting mudic🙏💓💝😒
I agree.
Who wasn't? 😂
Great comment! I agree. Their voices are like angels.
These interview are so delightful, Maurice with his own toilet as he said. Which is the best place to rehearse.
Love these boys. So funny. They bounce off each other. They really are so talented.
"You take everything for granted until someone really close to you dies." - Barry. How poignant to be watching this on the first anniversary of losing his third brother.
I can listen to this interview so many times. The 3 brothers are so delightful and entertaining. Besides of the fact that each of them are so humbling, not a bit of ego in their blood.
LOL! I love when the 3 are together. They are hilarious and just won't stop with the jokes. It is clear they love each other and enjoy each other's company. All the tensions in the past are forgotten once they get together and kid around. The interviewer, Parkinson, is a class act. He is a great interviewer and asks good questions that are not threatening. Good job all around by all 4! Robin looked healthy at this time but once Mo passed, he looked so gaunt and his health spiraled downward.
As with many families, they may have had their differences but...when it came to their
co-writing they were all on the "same page"...as well as with their performances. They were so forthcoming, so down-to-earth unaffected...never forgetting their humble beginnings... that's what made them so beloved aside from their obvious talents.
Their manager, Robert Stigwood, once said "They will either be a great musical act or a great comedy act". Now, we know why!
Maybe that's why he insisted them to do cucumber castle and sgt. Pepper
Why can't they be both? *cue Old El Paso theme*
@@rainbowruby8394 Pepper.
@@captainalex8003 oops 🙈
AMEN to THAT! I wholeheartedly agree with You - three musical geniuses with an amazing sense of humor!💖💖💖
💙💛🌹💜🍎🇺🇸
The Bee Gees were the best band that this planet has ever seen! I'm waiting for the day they get the recognition and respect they deserve. They will as soon as people judge music by listening and not by the image of the performer. But everyone knows what their image among people of my age (18) and in America is: Bee Gees = Ah ah ah ah Stayin' Alive --> uncool --> sucks.
Being realistic I'm afraid that I'll be waiting for this day of rehabilitation forever…
Maurice is just gorgeous. I love him❤
This stage of his life - YES! ❤….the fedora, the beard, the leather jacket!
Mo's laugh is so great(:

Mo was my favorite ❤️❤️❤️
Barry in these times could beat any hollywood movie star when it came to style , he was always dashing
Barry does always have a great sense of style, doesn’t he?
I love listening to them talk. Having lost 2 younger sisters I know what Barry means by it’s different when you lose someone of your blood. I will never be the same. I wish I had them on video like barry has his brothers. It is very special. Love them all
I agree. Until you’ve lost someone like a mother, or a brother, you don’t know how it changes you. Now I know, having last my mom, who’s Barry’s exact age, a year ago.
I love their interviews. These guys had great personalities and the greatest sense of humors ever. They were also very intelligent. They all had the greatest sex appeal and were very attractive. Sexy and handsome. You will be loved and missed forever. ❤️🌹❤️
They looked like all girls wanted to live, marry, them.. Have a children's, so attractive and sex appeal.. Great guys👍😘😘💞💖🌹👶
CLASSIC - the Bee Gees at their very best - love them to bits.
This is one of my favorite interviews with the brothers. They are so funny and quick witted. They all seem to be in a good mood and they look great too. ❤ I’m so glad this footage is available!
God I live this guys, I wish they where here! All of them. God bless Barry.
People who dislike this, maybe because it's too short?
Very entertaining and talented brothers!
I love the Bee Gees, forever!
Forever and always
I always love to see these interviews, they were all in their 50s at this point, but as always, when you get the three together they all turn into mischievous boys!
tusheschannel ....Exactly!.....so sad that Mo would die about a year later and all that mischievous fun would be over forever.......
That's something that never leaves us guys, the "Little boys", there's a little boy in us that never leaves. I'm 69 y/o and there's still plenty of little boy left in me, lol.
@@BobbyTucker As Mo said in one of his interviews,..."I'm really still that little kid in Manchester who dreamt of being famous. And he said they were basically all three still those kids.😜

Bee genes were funny as hell here.
Love Maurice’s quick wittedness
For years I've been trying to find the tape LOL Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you for commenting.
Omg...these guys are so funny in this interview! ! So much talent and humor...really down to earth men. ❤ BeeGees forever!
Thank you for posting!
Parky is the best interviewer clive anderson interview was so pisstaking am suprised they didnt walk out earlier.
So funny. Such great guys. No is naughty. Lol. They’ll never be forgotten. Michael is a great interviewer as well.
During Barry's tour of Australia, and since, I've worn my t-shirt featuring him, and it's amazing the number of people who comment, "Oh, the Bee Gees; I LOVE them!" Maybe it's finally okay to be a fan... Judging by the huge, appreciative audiences, all singing along at Barry's concerts, with all good things to say after, I'd say so ;-)
What a beautiful family! Rest in peace Andy, Maurice and Robin Gibbs! :-(
God bless you Barry and your lovely Gibb family...
***** Or no taste to say the least...

It's Gibb. Not Gibbs

I'm in love with Mo. Beauriful man.
Maurice the most handsome man I've every seen
Their interviews are so entertaining!
A VERY SPECIAL GIFT TO US TO ENJOY 🎼🎼🎼
I love to listen to them laugh!
Their laugh is contagious.
Someone should post a compilation video of them just laughing. I feel it'd get a ton of views in no time, since their laughs are as distinctive as their singing.
@@brendajones9321,
You're very right, Brenda Jones.
@@BobbyTucker what do you mean by that?
@@afreakaboucher1316 Pretty sure he means that hearing them laugh made you laugh as well!?😉😎
When asked about the pills "drugs" they took as it was rampant in the 70s, they all giggled and Maurice said "grouphug!"😊😊😊
LOL always protective of each other 😉
How not to love and miss our Mo!!? RIP sweet Mo.
Most creative people did enhancement drugs to keep them alert, awake and allow their minds to remain focused with creative ideas that flow out onto paper...this is not unusual at all. But, eventually that all came to a halt.
@@BarkinBelieveIt Regardless of any differences these guys loved each other and would never allow anyonr to disparage either one. You must see an interview they did wherein the host constantly busted their chops...they all got up and walked off the show...that was their greatest performance.
@@silverforever6254
Nope, Only Barry and Robin walked off. Mo seemed embarrassed and only left at the end, and was polite and apologetic to the host of the show Clive Anderson. Then that CraZy Robin yells back..."It was a Set-Up!! Fuck Off!!!"😂
Look, they caught a lot of frigging flack in the press over that little stunt! I love the Gibb boys, but I feel they should've stayed put. As another fan put it "they should have sat their happy asses down and let Mo handle the interview." Mo was doing fine and just easily rolling with the punches that Clive was throwing. And hey, you gotta
remember that that exchanging of barbs with his guests was Clive Andersons Whole Style!! He did that with ALL his guests. And he looked genuinely surprised and hurt when Barry and Robin suddenly walked off.
It made the brothers look like Pampered Divas. They've always been able to laugh at themselves before, but I don't guess they could handle Clives quick sarcastic style Wit!? Barry seemed verrry agitated early on?, and then he allowed Clive to keep pushing ALL his buttons! And I think Robin picked up on that and started getting "edgy" himself? But anyyyways, Bottom line for me is.....they should have stayed.
Love the Bee Gee’s❤❤❤
This such a genuine interview not some cocky american rude like larry king who interrupts his guest and never let them finish what they were saying
They are all awesome!!
Just great guys who showed the world what can be achieved.
In my opinion the bee gees are the best band😊great powerful singing voice's its nice to see they can be silly and funny and joke around I like to see them seating down in a interview soooo many great songs 🤗it of course is not the same without all 3 😞but there are soooo many songs we can listen to barry 😊robin😊maurice😊 absolutely great band
a real interview with these great artists..unlike the contemptible and insulting treatment they experienced at the hands of anderson
Two have left us, they were a wonderful group.
This is brilliant. Love them...always have. Wish I could have seen these interviews when they were all still with us.
Maurice was a good looking man.
Agreed! Mo was the hottest (and sweetest) of the band. Can't get enough of that man.
He was the huger of the Bee Gees , when he hugged people he did it completely
He was...
Yes, he was. Very SEXY!!!
@@afreakaboucher1316 You are so right about that! He was indeed the hugger! It seemed Mo didn't have a problem with showing affection. Even with his brothers. I think it just came naturally to him? I've even seen a few photos of him giving a hug and quick kiss on the face to Hugh and Andy! (Hugh always seemed very un-affectionate to me. So good on Mo for trying to warm that cold potato up!😜)
love the inference to poor George Micheal and toilets.

@@glenphillips9068 why?
@@glenphillips9068 why did you say this please, thats sad
@@amygracegarcia198 All three of them got married very young. They were each married twice, and you wouldn't exactly call them faithful. Robin and his first wife had a very nasty divorce, and his second marriage was what some might call "open". In today's celebrity world (or the world in general), it wouldn't seem so shocking anymore.
Raised by Barry I'd say.
Good interview, nice to see all of you guys smiling!!

“ We go to school in Brisbane barefoot”, man, i didn’t know i had the same life story as Bee Gees.
I remember going to school here in Michigan, USA, starting third grade barefooted, all the kids stared at me like I was some sort of a freak. At that age kids can say things to other kids that hurts badly, I don't know if it was the same for the Gibb brothers, I hope not.
In those days everybody did it , then they had to wear them at school but l remember seeng the kids taken those shoes off as soon of school and walk with the shoes in their hands even in the rain.oh! I wish Australia was still that free country!
I didn't know that
They have great voices, even when they are not singing
MAURICE WAS A VERY HANDSOME MAN AND ALL THE BROTHERS WERE HANDSOME ALL VERY TALENTED A FOREVER FAN OF THE BEE GEES MAURICE AND ROBIN U ARE GREATLY MISSED
Barry always took the whole cake looks-wise. Maurice was second.
❤️Love Bee Gees Forever ❤️
What I great interview. It's one of my favorites.
Great interview, it shows just what a great sense of humour the three of them had
between them. They really loved the British humour, having spent their early years
in the UK. One particular sketch by the late Kenny Everrett, in which he mimicks
them, they found to be hilarious. Sadly, they spoke of their last album "This is where
I came in" but, Ironically lost Maurice just a year or so later, and Robin around
eight years after that. So I guess that album reprised their status as "The Bee-Gees"
However, to fans like me, Their music will live on forever. r.i.p. Maurice, Robin and
younger brother Andy.
+Gary Dunn Of cause they loved the British humour, they were British born after all.
+oldfart4751 Yes, they were British born, but moved away from the UKat a very young age, and grew up in Australia. But, I guess, a little of theBritish humour went with them. And, having British parents, they all spokewith a British accent. Even Andy, who was just a baby when they left theUK to start a new life in Oz.
+Gary Dunn Yes you can take the boy out of Britain, but you can't take Britain out of the boy.
+oldfart4751 Very true.
WOW WHAT WAS AUSTRALIA LIKE LIVING THERE BARRY AND ROBIN AND MAURICE LOVED IT THERE FROM 1958 TO 1967 THEY WENT BACK TO MANCHESTER ENGLAND
I Love this interview ❤️❤️😍❤️ very funny 😄😄😄😍😄 , the 3 of them are in black pants, Mo said toilets are very popular in our business Lol 😆😆😆😆😆
How Can You Mend a Broken Heart and Lonely Days were hits in this dry spell that Barry talks about-1970 and 1971. So those years were not completely dry.
The pop wilderness were after these two tracks.
