I found an AWD Maverick on a dealers lot between Christmas and new years, took a couple of hours going back and forth but eventually bought it for $750 under MSRP
They are starting to show up more but a lot of the ones that are listed online are still customer orders, some dealerships do this to get people in the door. Mine came in back in July and they had around five others on the lot at the time, all customer orders, that dealership a lot of others around me still have no Mavericks listed on their website. You have to call and ask.
I love my Maverick! 28 mpg.... I can haul what I need.... Haul my friends around. And Peeps This Truck fits in my Garage. I have hauled Appliances to my other home. The Maverick is the Bomb! I have a Lariat FX/4.... Love it!
When I moved from Florida, on the SW coast.... there wasn't but a couple of base Mavericks for sale in Ft. Myers. White... I think they were already gone. There are NO Mavericks for sale on lots here in NE Arkansas..... So where are they going.
I bought a 22 hybrid escape when I couldn’t get a maverick. Everyone wants a hybrid, I’m wondering if there would be a good time to trade for an eco boost all wheel drive maverick.
Johnny, I just got notified that my maverick lariat highbred will be at my dealer around the end of the month. I only got a verbal from them on selling me the vehicle for MSRP when I originally ordered it. Any suggestions on anything I can do to increase my chances of getting it for MSRP ?
The next gen rangers address many of the short comings of the current gen but also have some big disappointments. While they are only offered in a crew cab they do not have any rear heat/AC vents for the passengers. Other brands do. Also the platform has grown some more. If you look up the dimensions of the new ranger they are right in line with a F150 of the 2000 era. The best thing about a ranger was its smaller size and smaller price and while there is a Maverick filling the compact segment the ranger just doesn't fill the midsize segment very well with the new growth. On the bright side it will eventually be offered with the 2.7 ecoboost which is a big jump in power and they finally are putting in a integrated trailer brake system. However, with the economy and price increases on components and the uaw pay increases and delays it will probably be a rocky start for the next gen ranger in price, timing, and availability. One item that didn't get check off the list was the inclusion of aluminum body panels. Those of us in the midwest are at the mercy of the salted winter roads and that was a big selling point of the F150. Would have been nice if they gave the ranger the same treatment and shed the weight.
Well everyone can with me but our Mavericks that come in are customer orders. I have courtesy models and they are not really for sale. If forced to sell them then we go with the used market price more or less. For more info you can email me at johnyscarcareandreviews@gmail.com
The video desyncing is getting rough. Not sure if you are streaming live and recording that or you have some faulty equipment. The content is good and I hope you can work the bugs out.
Yes. Those around are almost all spoken for and those thst are not almost always ask a big premium in price. Order but make sure to watch my Don't get fooled by the dealer video for how to order and buy safely and without surprises thst cost thousands of dollars
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews one dealer here has one for few weeks now and not sold yet and lady saleperson said it's more due to the B.S. I told her I am not paying more than the original msrp (in Canada, they can add accessories, but market adjustments are not allowed), but the add ons are. she told me sorry, it's more.. later I msg'd if avail. she said its sold. more than a week or more later I drove by and it's still there. Sales are slowing down with the 8% interest rates.. like in U.S. larger pick up trucks are sitting on the lots.. but Xmas specials around the corner, more will get scooped up. if Promo lower % rates happen in Dec., I may pull the trigger on one. Leaning towards a maverick over the Mid-sized options. drives like a suv and just a good size for Non-contractor use. Lighter duty and good for off road trips for the usual levels. Another one the guy backed out when it arrived, which is also happening more now with the rates..
So far the Mavericks we have received have been very well assembled and well painted. I'm impressed by the quality. Recalls, yes but Ford isn't hiding anything
@@Johnnyscarcarereviewsmy 22 Black XLT FX4 had by far the WORST paint quality I’ve ever seen. Tested under 3 mils. I’ve never seen thinner more fragile paint on a vehicle.

Hardly any here in SW MO. If they have them, they are marked up over MSRP. No Hybrids. I saw 1 hybrid and was 10k over MSRP. It was a 2022.
Great information. Thank you

More.will likely be available at reasonable prices in 6 to 8 months

Audio and video is pretty shaky, gang.😊
Thank you. Ice discovered the cause and it shouldn't reoccur.
These junkers will be under $15k in a year.
Nothing that has occurred in the last year would indicate that so I've got to ask, would you put $100 down on that bet? I don't recommend it.
