Yayy you posted! I’m currently on week 9 of Epic Heat and am really enjoying it. It’s definitely weird for me to not pick and chose what muscle groups I work out (as you mentioned) because I’m also an avid planner, but it’s helped me explore other types of exercise. I’m not perfect and some weeks I don’t get every workout done but it’s nice to hear someone on the same page. Thanks for inspiring me even more!!
I was like you. No plan unstructured workouts, avoiding upper body because I hated it, eating whatever . No wonder I wasn’t seeing a result in the gym. I’m onto my third program now and I’ve seen more change in these last few months than years in the gym. I lift heavier now as well. The structure although “boring” works wonders. I’m going to work through all of ‘em !

I have been doing Caroline’s program since the beginning of the pandemic because the gyms i went to closed. I have done her work outs 6 days per week. I didnt follow her programs from start to finish. But I know enough on how to work different muscle groups per day. I always plan my workout (well one on her workouts) before i go down to my gym. I made sure i did a HIIT program every week and made sure to get at least 10000 steps a day (well there may be one day per week where i only would get 5000 steps. I am 61 yrs old and i have people comment on my physique especially my arms and shoulders. And i can say that Caroline has had an impact on the way I look. Thank you Caroline
I'm happy to see that you started with light weights. I'm doing the EPIC beginners week and even this is hard for me. I'll repeat it maybe twice and try to go up with heavier weights on day 4 slowly and then move on to EPIC 1. It's a good feeling having gone through a workout 😀
this is amazing! im currently taking part of her epic 3 ! i've been loving it🔥 already feel so also stronger, (but also i've seen some gains😎) and so so so much more confident in myself❣ i definitely recommend it to anyone! (you don't have very talented! i started as a newbie)
I have also completed her Epic Heat program!💪💪Now following her current one - Epic III (week 7 already)! I do enjoy her workouts a lot (except some of the moves I don't like😅), feel like my workouts for each day are planned and must be done in time! And as Caroline recommends on Thursdays I have an active rest which is usually a cardio session.😃 By the way, after her workouts I feel my muscles sore and it makes me believe that I spent my time productively!☺
@@shanyamalik It depends on your fitness background. If you are new to workout programs, I would recommend some shorter and lighter programs to start with. If you are not a beginner, then you can follow either Epic Heat or Epic III first. ☺
I’ve been wanting to try one of her programs for the longest time but Caroline is super advanced for me and I can’t do pushups so I honestly just feel left out lol
noo Simone, don’t say that🥺 You’ll get there eventually! Start with knee pushups and then with time you will be able to do complete pushups!! Keep at it, okay💖

Damn, your diet is amazing! I'm definitely going to start modeling my eating habits to follow your example. You showed a great balance of fats, carbs, and protein along with plenty of high fiber fruits and veggies. Thanks for sharing your progress with us!
How do you workout in long sleeve tops?? Just wondering... I'm at the gym in shorts, and standing next to the fan.. my gym has air con, but I don't think it works amazing
haha honestly I kinda like it, though now I prefer to workout in long sleeves whenever I’m training legs and arms, since I’m usually less sweaty, and sports bras when I’m doing hiit👍
Finally love!! But as when we talked through ft, now i can see how those dumbbells look, soooo tiny 😂😂❤️, but love you and this video! But I LOVE training shoulders, abs and chest!! And if you want, try epic 3,as you know i filmed the first week and ive been doing it and i recommend bc it's AMAZING

You need to get a Kettlebell maybe eve of adjustable competition Kettlebell from Kettlebell Kings and do some of the programmes Mark Wildman is offering for 10 weeks or something. Check out his channel but I'm thinking maybe you should get his NERD MATH Swing Programme or probably better his Clean & Press one.
