KISS taped this video in Worcester, MA and I was there!Great song.high energy. And a great show. 80's KISS was an amazing time.Saw this tour twice, 2nd row in Providence, RI.Caught Eric Carr's drumstick. One of my many treasures. .
While not my fave KISS tune of all time (not even my all time fave KISS album for that matter), this does get a huge HELL YES DARLING from me if only for the love of my life, Eric Carr - may he rest in peace! ❤ He never got enough face time in videos to suit me, that adorable sexy thing! 😻 I met him once on 6/30/90 (at the Meadowlands in New Jersey, Mike B!)...to say I was overwhelmed is putting it mildly...he told me I made him nervous because he was afraid I was going to have a heart attack! I will never live that down and I unfortunately never got the opportunity to redeem myself before he passed, but I will treasure the moment forever!
This is so weird, I was just listening to All Hells Breaking Loose and then this popped up. Hair Metal Kiss is my Jam Man!! Yes this is on Crazy Nights album.
This was 88, 89. My fave album is Dressed to Kill. I'm a hard-core Kiss fan. Sad face this song wasn't ever done in concert or included on tour. Love the song. Saw them for the first time ever Crazy Nights tour. Ted Nugent opened for them. I've been a fan since 76. Seen them on the Alive 35 tour as well. I've enjoyed all the line ups but prefer the original guys. They had the best chemistry. Don't get me wrong I love them, but I feel that they would have finished the best after the reunion tour. That woud have been finishing on top. been
THIS was the first kiss album where I felt disappointment… it’s like I’ve never even heard this song before, even though I own it and saw this tour… other than Paul’s voice and Eric carr’s Tom hits, there is nothing kiss about this song… it could’ve been written by anyone… a lot of music was turning gross from ‘87-89… probably the reason we started gravitating towards heavier music, because it was new and fresh
this is simply a great song with a great hook. As I've said so many times before, revisionist history abounds when it comes to Kiss, but taking off the makeup saved Kiss from literal extinction. Crazy Nights went Platinum, and easily I might add. Albums like Creatures of the Night (one of Kiss' all time best) is a better record, but it took Creatures of the Night roughly 12 YEARS to go Gold while Crazy Nights went Platinum in 5 months (literally). The conventional complaint about Crazy Nights is the production (Ron Nevison) and his neutering of the guitar and drums sounds, and I tend to agree with that, but it doesn't negate the fact that there are a lot of great songs on Crazy Nights. It's actually a superior album to Animalize (which also quickly went Platinum) in terms of the song quality. Animalize is a heavier sounding record by far production wise (particularly the guitar sound/s), but Crazy Nights is a better record because the songs are much better. And I'll take more great songs over production quality any day of the week. I'm glad you like 80's Kiss Shane. I had Kiss pajamas in the 70's. So no one needs to talk to me about the importance of the original lineup etc. But Kiss created a lot of great music in the 80's. And the proof is all of those Platinum albums. I don't care who you are as a band, if you continually release crappy music you will not continue to be or maintain status as a Platinum act. Kiss was a Platinum act in the 80's after they took the makeup off. The key being after the makeup came off. 1980/81/82 were........let's just say it was tough being a Kiss fan during those years, because most people thought they were a joke and simply a relic from the 70's. Again, cool that you like this era from Kiss. I saw them on every tour they did without makeup (saw them with it on too), and they still put on a fantastic show without the makeup.

One of my favorite KISS songs!
Love this song. It should have been in their live setlist on every tour tour since it’s release

Yes this is on Crazy Nights album.
Saw them 3-4 times here in Germany. The Revenge-Phase was the best!!!
Wish I had a chance to see them live. I think they should've kept the make up on.
Carr was awesome
