- Major shout out to Dara Hart for coming all the way from the other side of the world to train me and all the Victoria's Secret Angels. This was my last workout before the show -- focusing on booty, abs, and lower body. Enjoy! #TrainLikeAnAngel

*LOWER BODY FOCUS* (3-5 rounds)
(1) Sumo Squat, 20 reps
Wide stance, toes turned out, squeeze at top.
(2) Band Walks, 30 sec
Knees over ankles, wide feet, hinge from hip.
(3) Split squats 12 reps, 20 pulses
Keep weight forward through front foot, drive through heel
(4) Plank spider cross-overs, 10 each side
Hands under chest, keep body weight forward. Extend the leg fully behind to straight leg to activate glute!
(5) Walking lunge & pass-through, 1 min.
Keep spine long, core tight as you pass the weight through each leg
*AB CIRCUIT* (3-5 rounds)
(1) Slider Mountain Climber, 40 each side
Weight is forward, light on the toes, heels lifted.
(2) Modified V Up, 1 min alternating
Lift shoulders off the floor, keep legs straight.
(3) Side plank twist, 10 each side
Make sure elbow is aligned w armpit, keep hips still with legs activated, twist through.
*BOOTY KICK MEGA MIX* (1 round, burn it out!)
*12 reps and 20 pulses with each exercise
make sure hips are square, core tight the whole time
(I'm using ankle weights, but it's tough without, too!)
(1) Donkey kicks
Flexed foot, knee bent, squeeze at top.
(2) Triangles / Corners
Set up on elbows, move leg up and over like a triangle, squeeze at the top.
(3) Fire Hydrants
Knee bent, open out to side, keep shoulders and hips square.

I wasn't a big fan of Karlie at first, I felt like she didn't fit the brand but she grew on me so much that after the sneek peaks from this show I just want her to come back and be an angel again, like I might cry when I see her in the actual show!

I do ציביה פייגין, I work out in the evening and that's after a day full of work or school. I never take my make up of before working out.. just in the shower after my work out.

I feel
The science behind losing weight is just following the laws of thermodynamics, calories in vs calories out. You need to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE, there are resources online to help you do this) and once you have found out what it is eat 300-500 calories below that. Mix that with some light strength training and 45 minutes of cardio and you will see fantastic results by this upcoming summer in 2018.
Sometimes working out too intensely can leave your body stressed and cause it to hold onto weight. I don't know the science behind it all, but look into it and maybe cut down on the intense workouts to once a week while incorporating low intensity workouts such as yoga, pilates, or walking. For women, it is also best to do different kinds of workouts at certain times of the month since our hormones are always fluctuating.
You look beautiful just the way you are from what I can see.
Some people have different body types than others; don't stress it. The important thing is that your happy and healthy.

Wow! I used to do barre class, which incorporated all these exercises, so I know how tough your workout is! I never got near as lean and strong though, cos, folks, regular exercise is just half the work. I should've also regulated my diet, i.e. cut back on fried foods, eat more fruit. Even just a 🍑 a day would've gotten me closer to a 🍑 booty

you and ming xi both had the long fabric outfit, she looks like she didn’t have enough muscle and balance to control her self, so she looked kind of flowing and no strong points. i saw she was in a tv real life show and eating all the unhealthy stuff before her vs casting....well you know you harvest what you plant. i have sympathy on her but she is not as professional this year compare to last couple years. Maybe she got over hyped since shanghai is her hometown and she forgot she is not in real life tvshow anymore she needs to handle the situation instead of smiling awkwardly which probably makes things funny and entertaining in real life tv shows, but sorry not on runway when you are trying to display the outfit not your personal dance...

Beatrix Von Bourbon looks to me like the kettlebell is a pood. So, 16kg. I would not recommend this as a starting point. 8kg is standard for beginner women. You might need less. The most important thing is to NOT injure yourself. Not to work too hard that you never want to do it again, and work your way up.
