    I love the trainer! Michael was excellent and it helped to hear him point out the proper pace and doing it in the correct form.

    Love the workout! Could you do one on upper body, with dips, push-ups etc.? I know a lot of girls struggle with that!

      Tighten the muscles around your abdomen. It pulls the belly button to the back towards your lower spine, hence.

    This was a fun workout video to follow along, but it wasn't as hard as I feared, and I even added weights to the sit-up with twists. I'm sure he puts Karlie through wayyy harder workouts, she's just trying not to kill us all with her 🤣
