i have a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid 2025 - and the only thing the blueline does is lock and unlock the car! why have an app when none of the features are available, are there some settings in the car I'm not aware of? Why have an app to only lock/unlock the car when I have a key in my hand? I can't set ac/seats/steering wheel heat and all the rest of the stuff that's greyed out, its about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike - can you tell me what is the use of this app?
How do you remove blue link from the car ??
Love the Bluelink app I just wish it would show in miles not kilometres, and yes I have tried several times to set it to miles.
You can change via app any settings, ie mileage, time, litres etc oh and language too all from your armchair!
I just can't follow "im"
Here's the big downside of Blue link. It's the only negative thing I have to say about Hyundai.
If you buy a new Hyundai you have blue link for 3 years, after that you pay by "levels".
The 1st level is Connected Care. It includes accident notification, etc. The 2nd is remote start/climate control. The 3rd is maps.
Here is the completely ridiculous part. You must purchase these levels ONE AT A TIME starting from #1 for $100 per year.
My experience: I only wanted/needed remote start. So I HAD to purchase level 1 & 2 for $200 per year to get this feature. Big fail Hyundai!
Hi NorthernMike. We can understand your frustration with this. Unfortunately, to our knowledge this seems to be something that is available in the US market as here in the UK there are no 'subscription levels'.
@@PaulRigbyGroup I was unaware it was only a U.S. problem. Thanks!
nice,, wonder if you can just use a tablet instead of a phone and then be able to enable the wfi hotspot feature ?
How to deactivate the previous owner bluelink account? I just purchased the 2020 Kona and now the car is not allowing to create new account
Hi there! Thank you for your question. To deactivate a previously connected BlueLink account, please do the following. Go to the BlueLink Icon on your KONA's infotainment screen and press that, from there go to BlueLink Settings > Deactivate BlueLink > Deactivate > click 'yes'. Please be aware you may loose or have some settings reset on your car when deactivating a BlueLink Account. If you wish to download/Update your maps free of charge, please click on the following link: update.hyundai.com/EU/E1/Main
Salve, tramite app bluelink posso vedere la posizione della mia nuova tucson ?
it's no available in some countries!!
Is Sonata available in Jolly Ole England?
What if your car is in an underground garage and you lost or forgot your key?
Youre screwed!
Hi, i download app, but i dont able to creat account ,can help me pls?
Can I cool my new kona 2024 before going to the car
I just bought a Hyundai tucson ultimate which has keyless entry. It has Bluelink. How can I keep Bluelink, but disable its lock/ unlock facility. When I get out of the car, I want the car to automatically lock, but Bluelink seems to override this and I have to lock it with Bluelink app.
Hi Tomanart, thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the car will never under any circumstances automatically lock after being in the vehicle and exiting it, will always need manual input, i.e in the case of keyless entry pressing the button on the o/s/f door handle or the lock button on the fob.
@@PaulRigbyGroup thank you for your very helpful reply and info, I appreciate it
Great content. How can I activate the climate control on my Hyundai tuscon ultimate phev. Thank you
Hi! Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately activating your climate control via the BlueLink application is only available for EV cars only.
@@PaulRigbyGroup Thank you
No way I have a 2024 Kona my blue link was working perfect, the stop working and blue link has not be able to fix it. No good.
how can i connect my kona 2022 ev without bluelink connection ? which app to use ?
Hi XaKePat. If your KONA is equipped with BlueLink connectivity within the settings, then you should be able to use the BlueLink app (linked in the video description) to pair your car to the app. If you are having any issues we recommend you contact your local dealer for assistance.
We have just got our new Tuscon, we’ve downloaded the app and it’s used the car code and added the car but the only thing it’s allowing us to do is lock and unlock the car , it says the climate status, etc are all at off but doesn’t give us options to like activate that or other feature, can you help please ?
Hi Audreybrown2536. Thank you for your question. Your TUCSON model is not a full electric so unfortunately you won't be able to precondition the car using the AC, if that was what you were looking to do. Unfortunately, this is a feature that is only available to full electric models. If you feel this may be a deeper issue, it might be worth contacting your local dealership.
@@PaulRigbyGroup ok thank you very much for your prompt reply I a appreciate you taking the time to reply. Thank you
@@audreybrown2536 you’re welcome!
I don't have a QR code or anything about modem information on my system. In fact, it looks completely different from the one here. It's a 2020 Kona.
Hi Leiska86. Sorry to read you're having issues with your Bluelink. Your KONA may be due a system software update if things look a little different to what's shown in the video. In this case, we would advise contacting your local dealer. If the issue still persists it may be best to contact bluelink, they are pretty good at replying to issues. Their email address is bluelink@hyundai-europe.com
@@PaulRigbyGroup It doesn't seem like the car multimedia system has Bluelink functionality at all. I thought it was included in all models by default, but apparently not in Kona 2020 EV!
It doesn’t allow me to control climate, how can I activate that? Thanks 🙏
Hi there, the climate control features is only available on EV's, unfortunately
Can’t set the temp
I was not offered this when I bought my car 🙁
Tesla did it first
Please get rid of the awful disturbing background music in this video.
He talks funny and the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car?????
LOL ...
@@dougn2350haha
It's funny that Hyundai's ads advertise bluelink as an advantage over Tesla. When in reality Tesla has all the bluelink features and much more. And it is free forever.
Yea but the Hyundai’s steering wheels seem to stay on pretty well!😂
The Hyundai is free for life too, Tesla has a built-in fire extinguisher though!!
Hyundai blue link is not free for life 💀
Tesla won’t last forever 😂 build quality is shocking
@@jbirdpr0994it’s free if you have a newer Hyundai I believe 🧐 but yeah not for all
