    Hi Pragya😊 l follow all your recipes. Till date all turned out super yum. Only that my ras malai was very hard. Not songy n soft at all. Where did l go wrong? Pls lemme know.

      Oh dear! You must have added more corn flour or have boiled it too much. Next time try to reduce it, hopefully it turns out good ❤️

    Is it really important to put them in ice cold water , we can leave in sugar syrup and when it's cold we can put them in rabri...what do you suggest

      U need to knead it properly... That is very important in this dish... I made it and it came out really yummy..

      I knead it properly till smoothened but still it breaks nd when I open der is none of them comes out properly 😣😣😣 den I served only rubri 🤣😂
